Still factory sealed but the seal has drawn the box top concave as shown. 1994 issue that is the is the superb Pro Modeler kit. This model is from completely new molds (not the old Monogram P-47). Features all fine recessed panel lines, excellent cockpit, pilot figure, optional position canopy, detailed gear wells and full engine, clear wingtip navigation lights, a nice selection of weapons including drop tanks, bombs and rockets and very colorful decals for the two aircraft listed.

Still factory sealed. The 1987 issue from the original 1960s molds. Well detailed, full hull model with 200 pieces. The Great Western was the first ship specifically built for the Atlantic Ferry Service and was designed by I.K. Brunel (who designed the Great Eastern). When launched in 1837, she carried 120 first class, 20 second class, and beds could be set up for an additional 100 if needed. The crew was 60 men. The first crossing of the Atlantic Ocean was in April of 1838 and took just over 15 days. After crossing the Atlantic 64 times, she ran for 10 years between Southampton and the West Indies before being broken up in 1857.

Rare kit from 1986. Includes both very large and highly detailed 1/16 scale race vehicles. Don Prudhomme's Rear Engine Dragster features fully detailed rolling chassis just like the real racer, supercharged and injection Hemi engine, turnable front wheels, front axle fairing, detachable body panels to show inner details, fuel, oil and brake lines, spark plug wiring, rear wing, rubber tires, fabric seatbelts and shoulder harness system, complete cockpit detail, Simpson drag chute pack with tie-downs and more. Molded in black and white with chrome and clear parts. The Snake Vega Funny car features detailed funny car rolling chassis just like the real vehicle, fuel, oil and brake lines, fully detailed blown and injected Hemi engine with full spark plug wiring, turnable front wheels, rubber tires, full race cockpit, vented rear window, Simpson chute pack and more. Molded in black and white with chrome and clear parts. The kit has never been started. The parts that were originally sealed are still in the internal factory sealed bags; the parts that were never factory sealed have been inventoried complete. Includes decals and instructions.

SPECIAL ORDER limited production kit. Museum quality high definition resin castings. Complete kit with all parts needed for assembly. Some kits include photo-etched details and decals if required -email for details on a certain kit. Kits are molded upon receipt of payment. Normal wait is two to three weeks. The USS New York CA-2 was the second US armored cruiser, the Maine being the very first. The Maine took so long to finish that the New York actually entered service first. After diverting from a trip to Key West, New York became flagship at Santiago de Cuba, 1898 in the Spanish American War. She enjoyed a long and eclectic Navy career. She was renamed USS Saratoga (ACR-2) to make 'name space' for the Battleship New York on Feb 16, 1911. On December 1, 1917, she was renamed Rochester to free up the name for CV-3. As Rochester, she served in Haiti, Shanghai, and the P.I. Hulked at Cavite in 1938, the veteran of 40 years in the Fleet was scuttled on December 24, 1941 to prevent capture.

Mattel logo issue dated 1967. Well detailed and from the original Four Star molds. The kit has several action features: When you pull the prop outward and rotate it CCW, the landing gear retracts. Pull it outward and rotate it CW, and the gear extends. Push the prop in, and it freewheels as normal. Kit features a movable control surfaces, highly detailed cockpit, full decals, sliding canopy and instructions for rigging. Never started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. Please NOTE that the decals have visible age cracking and one small gear is a different color; it is from another issue of the same kit.

Box is still factory sealed. Classic Cold War East German/USSR airliner in Interflug markings. This is the second box art that I have seen with this kit - the other version shows the aircraft on the ground. KVZ was the logo used by this East German kit manufacturer from 1969 to 1973. During this time, some fantastic Cold War kits were produced of Russian Airliners and Military Helicopters and Aircraft.

Features opening doors, full interior, removable cowling, engine detail and two hunting figures (including politically incorrect dead mountain lion). Monogram lists a cardboard diorama for use with this kit (and another for the Cessna 180). This was advertised in the old four star kit box for a short time.
