Cashulette Engineering Apollo / Saturn V with Launch Platform Tower and Transporter, 1/290

Very rare. Complete Saturn V, Crawler Transporter, Launch Platform and Launch Tower. Issued as a built-up desk model for the Apollo Program and as a kit. This is the rare kit version, and the Saturn V is completely factory painted . Model is 16 inches high when assembled. To avoid painting, the model is molded in grey, white, orange, clear and yellow. Includes full instructions. Completed model rolls - movable arm swings - derrick swings 360 degrees. Never started. Factory sealed bags or inventoried 100% complete with all parts and instructions. There are a few released of this kit - one is by Countdown. The kits are identical. This one includes the personal business card of Charles G. Cashulette (the kits manufacture).

Still factory sealed. Hard-to-find very large 1/8 scale kit - the assembled model is 23.75 inches long. Molded with a gloss black body, metallic red interior, satin nickel plating, smoke gray clear and rubber Goodyear 'VR' rated tires. The interior is complete with a full instrument panel, center console, shift and brake levers and contoured bucket seats. The hood opens to display a complete engine compartment and the highly detailed Tuned Port Injection Chevy V-8. The exterior of the car features the IROC-Z nose, louvered hood, extended ground effects rocker panels, large front air dam, low-drag rear spoiler and simulated cast alloy wheels.

Monogram TWA Airliner Gift Set - DC-3 and Super G Constellation, MGP5

1957 first and only issue of this rare Monogram Gift set. While Revell was very prolific with gift sets in the 1950s, Monogram was very restrained, issuing very few and then only once. This hardbox is intact but has water damage on one short side, and water stains on the left top (as shown) with the stains carrying down the long sides. Inside, the kit has the correct cardboard divider. The DC-3 is 1/90 scale and features optional position cabin door, rotating propellers and wheels, pilot, copilot, hostess and passenger figures and colorful TWA decals. The Super G Constellation is 1/131 scale and features two hostesses, two loading ramps, tip tanks, battery truck and full TWA decals. The Constellation decals are intact, but have water stains on the right side. The models has not been started. Both models are inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions.

Early 1960s one-piece box in near mint condition. Features classic Ray Gaedke box artwork. This kit has the rubber band motor set up for use in water - consists of the motor spar, large prop, rubber band and two brass bushings. No scale is given, but the kit measures 5 inches and features a one-piece hull and excellent detail. This kit was issued earlier without the 'motor' and later as 772-60 'Sea Harvest' with a rubber motor again.

Wild 'Snap-Tite' action kit from 1973. Motorized action spins the prop, flaps the wings and the machine guns 'fire' moving in and out. The airplane bounces around on a sprung wire stand. Comical 'Air Farce' and 'Recycled Pollution' stickers are included. Thanks to sound engineering from Monogram, this kit works flawlessly when built correctly. Never started. Factory sealed bag or inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. Please note that the kit inside is as new, but the box is only fair with stains and wear as shown.

Exceptional 1968 first issue in investment grade condition. The box is straight, square and in near mint condition with perfect color and gloss. No stains, tears or tape on the box top. Inside, this kit is still factory sealed. Monogram only sealed this kit from the inside by gluing on the yellow cardboard and clear cello. It was intended for the potential buyer to lift off the box top where they would be greeted with a beautiful display of Monogram workmanship and model design neatly displayed on a cardboard background. All internals are still mint and you can see that it includes the original Monoglue and sealed Jet Sound parts. Contains 207 parts. Very nicely detailed. Features crew of three, detailed cockpit, elevating and traversing rear turret, opening and closing bomb bay doors, operating wing flaps, operating spoilers, optional position entry hatch and landing gear, and optional parts to display one nacelle open to show the jet engine.

Airfix The Great Western Ocean Liner Bagged, 161

Still factory staple sealed. Small scale bagged release with paper header. The Great Western was the first ship specifically built for the Atlantic Ferry Service and was designed by I.K. Brunel (who designed the Great Eastern). When launched in 1837, she carried 120 first class, 20 second class, and beds could be set up for an additional 100 if needed. The crew was 60 men. The first crossing of the Atlantic Ocean was in April of 1838 and took just over 15 days. After crossing the Atlantic 64 times, she ran for 10 years between Southampton and the West Indies before being broken up in 1857.
