1965 Pyro issue from original molds. In the early to mid 1960s the Pyro company chose many of it's kit subjects based more on historical significance than popularity. Luckily for us, Pyro not only made these kits but did an excellent job for the time. The Pyro car models are based on the actual cars that Pyro engineers and designers had access to. The model includes colored, chrome plated and clear parts. Features detailed chassis with suspension, steering link and fuel tank, spoked wheels, complete motor and interior and a removable hood. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts and instructions.

Still factory sealed. Very high quality complete vac kit - no additional or made from scratch parts required. Mold quality is higher than most injection molded kits. Features very fine recessed panel lines and very good cockpit details. Decals for four aircraft are included. The model as never been started. The parts are either still in the factory sealed bag or have been inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. Certain modeling skills are required to build vacuform kits. Not recommended for beginners.

From ex-ITC Ideal molds and a very nice kit of the famous aircraft that Billy Mitchell used to sink the 'unsinkable' German Battleship Ostfriesland on July 22, 1921. The ship was defenseless during the attack, but it was the first time that an aircraft had sunk a capital ship. Optional decals are included for the three aircraft (96th Bombardment Sq / 11th Bombardment Sq / 14th Bombardment Sq During the Sinking of the Battleship 'Ostfriesland'). The kit has never been started. Internal factory sealed bag including decals and instructions.

Highly detailed injection molded kit with cast metal details, two photoetch sheets and all recessed panel lines. Features excellent cockpit and jet engine detail with optional position cowl and also the parts for the V tail version. NOTE: this kit has minor and very neat assembly. The nose gear well, nose weight, control stick, bulkhead and small side panels are assembled. Quality of assembly is 'excellent+++.' There is no other assembly and zero painting. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions.

First issue dated 1958 with 'Famous Fighters in the sunburst logo, Parents Magazine seal and the 1.98 price circle at the upper right. Jo Kotula, a famous commercial aircraft illustrator, painted the stunning artwork. Molded in a stunning gloss deep burgundy and black. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. This model is part of a very successful 1/48 scale WWI series that Aurora started in 1956. They sold so well that they introduced new kits almost annually well into the 1960s. Some sold well right up until the end of Aurora in the mid 1970s.
