Plastic Model Kit, Box Condition: Mint
Mint condition hardbox. This is the 4th known issue of this classic kit, and the second one to share the 102-100 kit number. The blue oval logo dates from the early 1960s. This is only the second box artwork used for this kit, and John Steel replaced Cox for the 'new look' from Aurora. Never started. Factory sealed bag or inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. This is part of the famous Aurora WWI series of 1/48 scale aircraft. The series began in 1956 and Aurora added new kits into the early 1960s. The line proved incredibly popular, so these kits were included in the 'mold upgrade' in the 1970s before Aurora went out of business.

Bagged kit - no box. The box is shown for reference only. 1968 Pyro issue from original molds. In the early to mid 1960s the Pyro company chose many of it's kit subjects based more on historical significance than popularity. Luckily for us, Pyro not only made these kits but did an excellent job for the time. The Pyro car models are based on the actual cars that Pyro engineers and designers had access to. In some cases, the specific car and owner is on the box. The model includes rubber tires, brass plated parts, colored injection molded parts and clear parts. Features detailed chassis, complete motor and interior and a removable hood or 'bonnet'. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts and instructions.

Still factory sealed. Nice quality kit from original Casadio molds. Features separately molded main and secondary battery turrets, catapults and aircraft, two helicopters, life boats and full-hull length camo decals. MPC did a very nice job marketing these kits - the box sides contain interesting ship history, and the instructions include specifications and a large, fold-out illustrated engagement map with battle details.

Original release from 1978; not the common reproduction. Very finely molded and detailed kit with traditional Monogram quality. The kit has never been started. Still factory sealed. Finely detailed and features all fine recessed panel lines, excellent cockpit detail, detailed landing gear and gear wells, separately molded leading edge slats, flaps, ailerons and rudder, optional position speed brakes with detailed wells and more.

1972 issue from the famous 'Four Star' molds. High quality with excellent detail for that time. Features rolling heavy lug tires, flexible treads, full interior detail, opening doors, swivel turret, driver and four soldiers with arms and equipment. The kit has never been started. Very large 1/200 scale destroyer that is designed and motorized for water operation and intended for remote control. Very well detailed and features full hull for working version or waterline for display only. Molded in dark gray, dark red (lower hull), clear, black and brass plate. Also includes a steel gear box with all brass gears for dual prop drive, brass props and drive shafts, switch, motor mount and other metal hardware. The RE-280 was not included by Nichimo. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes excellent, large decals and instructions.

Ex-Olin molds dating from the mid 1950s. The box is in investment-grade 'near mint' condition with stunning, factory-fresh color and gloss, four solid corners, no repairs or fading, to tears, litho damage or price tags. The only tape is the factory sealing tape. Wonderful and well detailed kit for that time. The one-piece hull is about one foot long; R/C was never imagined for such small models back then, but it could be easily made radio control with modern technology. Molded in white and beautiful gloss mahogany. Never started. Inventoried with all parts, flags and instructions present. Instructions are included for powered operation; some hardware is included. However, the motor, battery box and wires were never included.

Rare first issue. This was a well detailed kit for that time, featuring a large variety of parts for any of three versions, full engine and compartment, opening hood, complete interior, opening tail gate, very good, separately molded suspension and exhaust detail including optional four wheel drive parts, tool set, tool box, floor jack and more. Molded in white, clear, , red-tinted clear, chrome plate and with rubber tires. Never started. The parts that were factory sealed are still in factory sealed bags. The parts that were never factory sealed (chrome and clear) have been inventoried complete. With instructions and decals. NOTE: the decal have bug damaged, mainly to the backing paper. There is a slight amount of damage to some of the transfers.

Vacuform Model Kit, Box Condition: Bagged
SPECIAL ORDER vacuform kit. Not shipped from stock. Kit is molded upon receipt of payment. Time from receipt to shipping your kit is usually 8 to 10 weeks. Kit includes resin and/or metal details -clear canopy and full size plans/instructions. Details included will vary from kit to kit but may contain landing struts - wheels - props - engines (not jets) - some cockpit parts - seats - etc. Other parts will need to be scratch built or from your spares box. Decals not furnished. Vacuform kits are only recommended for modelers who are experienced with this type of model. Special skills and scratch building experience are required. Rare, small-scale Sanwa issue from the early 1960s. The box is in exceptional condition with very nice color and gloss and complete with all ends and flaps. The airplane is molded in silver and clear and the 'V' stand is molded in blue. The kit has never been started. Inside it is in 'factory new' condition. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions.

Very well molded vac kit. Features fine recessed panel line detail, engine and interior components, extruded airfoil shaped struts and instructions. Still factory sealed. Certain modeling skills are required to build vacuform kits. Not recommended for beginners.
Wood Model Kit, Box Condition: Good++
From the mid to late 1930s. New old stock from a closed down hobby shop but has been previously opened. Features 15 inch wingspan, quality balsa printwood and wood stock, fully carved hardwood wheels, partially carved prop blank (needs sanding), balsa blocks as required, color insignia sheet and detailed, full size plans that include instructions. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes instructions.

Still factory sealed but the seal has a hole as shown. This kit was awarded "Model of the Year" by Fine Scale Modeler magazine. Features very highly detailed cockpit and wheel wells, pilot and boarding ladder, detailed gun and gun bay with optional position hatch, detailed radome and optional position nose, optional position canopy and air brakes, full external stores as shown and decals for the 1st prototype or the second 'service' paint job prototype USAF 50746.
Wood and Metal Model Kit, Box Condition: VG++
Currently retails for $700 USD. This is a large, very highly detailed, full-scale model. Includes the amazing Billings #479 Fittings Set that is still factory sealed inside and includes 4723 parts - the overwhelming majority are brass and the rest are plastic (such as lifeboats, prop, etc). The actual kit features die-cut wooden parts and plank-on-frame construction. Never started. The kit is exactly as it was shipped from the factory. The items that were bag sealed are still sealed. The ones that were never sealed have been inventoried complete. Smit Rotterdam was built in 1975 for Smit International BV in Holland, and was at the time of its completion the largest and most powerful tugboat in the world - with a tonnage of 2,273 tons, a length of 75 m, a 22,000 HP engine and a top speed of 16.5 knots. The ship is built with bulb stern and stern nozzle; inboard equipment includes the most modern gear for navigation, steering and radio communication.

Very large-scale kit of the early prototype F-18. Features 120 parts, detailed cockpit and ejection seat, optional position canopy, detailed gear wells and optional position landing gear, speed brakes and arresting gear, two AIM-9 Sidewinder missiles, two AIM-7 Sparrow missiles and a very extensive decal sheet for aircraft #1 and #2. The kit has never been started. NOTE: missing one small piece, #45, steering linkage on the nose gear. There are two and the other is present to use as a pattern. Inventoried with all other parts present including decals and instructions.

Rare 1955 issue in the 'Picture Gallery' series. The dramatic scene shows Javelins intercepting IL-38 Bison bombers. This series was done before Bill Campbell started doing the artwork for Hawk. The current artist fell ill and Bill took over - hence the limited PG issues. Very nicely molded kit for the day. Decals are for WT946. The parts are the correct light silver glossy plastic with the interesting transparent light green stand, stand arm and canopy. Kit features full landing gear and 6 air to air missiles. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete including decals and instructions. Even the remains of the Hawk glue capsule are present, including it's additional instructions for use.
