Early issue in the shorter and narrow box. Large Soviet helicopter with a unique gondola below the cockpit for the crane operator. Well molded for a KVZ kit and nicely detailed. Molded in white, silver, clear and black. Includes full color large decal sheet with Aeroflot markings. The kit has never been started. Internal factory sealed bag or inventoried 100% complete including decals and instructions. KVZ was the logo used by this East German kit manufacturer from 1969 to 1973. During this time, some fantastic Cold War kits were produced of Russian Aeroflot Airliners and Military Helicopters and Aircraft.

Early Fujimi Mokei issue includes a Mabuchi Mini-Baby motor still factory sealed in a small, clear plastic bag. The actual model is an older but very nicely molded kit. Includes decals for the the three listed aircraft and many more on a large sheet, color painting guide on the bottom of the box and a markings guide on the instructions for all the major USN Aircraft Carrier Hellcats in the Pacific Theater. Features very fine raised panel detail, cockpit, optional plastic parts for motorizing, bombs and drop tank and working arresting hook. The model as never been started. The parts are still in the factory sealed bag with all parts, decals and instructions.

Older but nicely molded with recessed control surfaces and fine raised panel lines. Late 1970s/80s 'Black Box' design with a black background on the box top and all 4 sides. Includes markings and parts to build either version. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions.

Revell HMS Hood Battlecruiser - For R/C Motorized, 1/388, 5032

Rare model dated 1964. This is a bigger scale, full hull kit that Revell says "…is suitable for radio control operation, see special notes." Features movable rudder, one bigger drive prop and four dummy scale props, gearbox drive and turrets that rotate left and right as it sails. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The kit is from the original Lindberg molds; it would be interesting to know how Revell of Germany ended up with that tooling. While Revell notes that the plastic parts are present for motorizing, they also state that "metal and rubber parts, motor and cables are not included in the kit."

Hasegawa Boeing B-47E Stratojet SAC, 1/72, K7

Still factory sealed. Kit is very nicely molded with fine raised panel detail, cockpit, open/closed bomb bay doors with internal iron bomb load, tail "stinger" and detailed gear well and landing gear. The B-47 was a very advanced aircraft at the time. The XB-47 first flew in 1947. The big jet's speed was equal to or greater than all current fighter aircraft, so it received radar-controlled twin 20mm cannons in the tail as the only guns. Through the use mid-air refueling, the B-47 gave SAC it's first all-jet force for nuclear or regular bomb delivery. Although it was tricky to fly, Stratojets flew into the mid 1960s. A program to strengthen the wings for low-level attack was responsible for prolonging the service life.

NOTE: builder kit, please read carefully. First issue hardbox is dated 1956. Nice kit of the Navy's high horsepower trainer. Has many operating features- canopy slides open, gear retracts with functional gear doors, prop and wheels rotate and includes instructor, student pilot and mechanic figures. Molded in yellow and clear. There is no assembly but NOTE: there is some painting. The cockpit interior, pilot stick, wheel hubs, engine, prop, tail hook, seat, struts and two figures have all been neatly painted. You can paint over it, or most paint can be stripped from plastic with DOT3 brake fluid or spray over cleaner or any other safe, tested plastic paint stripper. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions.

Still factory sealed. From quality Frog molds. Box art is by the famous Jo Kotula who did 1930s covers for the magazine 'Model Airplane News' and later the Aurora box art of the late 1950s. Air Lines kits are all Frog molds that the Lines Brothers imported to the USA between 1964-1966. The kits, decals and instructions were made in England, then imported to the USA where Testors created the boxes with the colorful trading cards on the back. There are one or two trading cards on each box which show the boxart but not the advertising/logo. Some kits contain a Testors color painting guide also, but it is not specific to any model.

It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. Air Lines kits are all Frog molds that the Lines Brothers imported to the USA between 1964-1966. The kits, decals and instructions were made in England, then imported to the USA where Testors created the boxes with the colorful trading cards on the back.
