Rare. In the mid 1950s Comet, then known for it's line of stick and tissue flying model aircraft, branched out into plastic model kits. By 1963, Comet sold all production molds to Aurora, and Aurora reissued the kits. This lead to Aurora having three different scale B-58 kits in stock - their own near 1/72 and the two from Comet. This is the larger of the two Comet issues in the two piece hardbox. It would date from the late 1950s or very early 1960s and is and excellent model for that time. Never started. Inventoried and NOTE: missing one piece: clear cockpit canopy. Otherwise includes all other other parts and decals and instructions.

Rare kit that is part of the classic and highly detailed 1/48 Bandai Pin Point armor series. Never started. Factory sealed bags with decals and instructions. This kit is a rare SS Kresge issue. Kresge was a Michigan-based department store giant with humble origins. SS Kresge eventually became K-Mart. The Kresge name and amazing contribution of charitable giving lives on today in The Kresge Foundation, a multi-billion dollar national philanthropy.

Rare 1955 issue and a highly detailed model for that time. Features medicine wagon with detailed suspension and open rear platform, colorful decals for Doctor Brown's Snake Oil, two horses, Dr. Brown, one entertainer, and Indian, local man and a local woman with her young boy and girl. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. Please note that the box is graded 'good-' because of the tape tear shown at the upper right. 'Miniature Masterpieces' was formed through an alliance of Lew Glaser (Revell) and Steve Adams (Adams Action Models) in 1953. Although the molds were made at Adams and it had the appearance of an independent company, the firm was run by Revell down to the prototypes being made at the Revell plant. Originally there was no evidence of the parent company on the surface. The State Coach of England was the first kit, issued in 1953. More kits of excellent quality followed. Revell completely took over the line in 1954 and in that year and the next, kits were labeled 'Revell' with a 'Miniature Masterpiece' label on the box top also.

Very rare. Original issue hardbox dated 1960. I believe this is the one and only issue of this model that includes unique and fantastic artwork. The box is in fantastic 'excellent++' condition with like-new color and gloss, no tape or tags, no marks from either, no fading, no stains, no tears and no missing litho. The only flaws are light general wear as shown and edge wear at the left as shown. Inside, Revell modified the popular 1955 'S' issue kit with an electric motor, additional motorizing parts and all required hardware. Features motorized movable tracks for climbing grades and obstacles, detailed suspension, opening hatches, elevating gun, rotating turret and tank commander & soldier 'Set For Action.' With the original 'Black Magic' decals. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The additional addendum set of motorizing instructions are present. Shipping insurance is required.

1963 hardbox issue. This is the first Aurora issue of this ex-Comet model. This is the largest of the two Comet molds and features recessed surface detail, cockpit & cabin clear windows and full landing gear. Molded in gloss gray and clear. This model was given a clear Aurora two piece 'triangle world' stand, unlike many of the other Comet kits which only had a modified version of their original stands included. Of course this is not the production KC-135 but a model of the Boeing prototype "Dash 80" with USAF decals. The tail configuration on the box art is what the kit inside looks like. Never started.
