Features a factory installed motor & motor mount, universal joint, brass propeller shaft hold, metal shaft, battery holders and fully wired motor and switch. Easily converted to radio control (R/C equipment not included). There is no assembly but NOTE: crew figures have the sink holes neatly filled. No other work has been done. This model is either from the original Tamiya molds or is a very close copy of them. Very large 1/72 scale and highly detailed. N.K. Tichonravov lead the design team for this rocket powered interceptor in 1940. It actually had a mixed power plant of one liquid fuel rocket engine and two VS Zujev pulsejets. Due to power plant problem, the prototype was only flown as a glider. Armament was heavy with four 20mm cannons. The flight characteristics during testing were excellent. Never started and the parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes instructions.

Includes markings for two aircraft: the one on the box and a colorful red rudder/float/wing J2F-6 based at Kearney Air Base, Nebraska in 1948 that operated in Arctic rescue duty. The amazing Duck first flew in 1934, saw service all through WWII and was not phased out until the mid 1950s.

From the 1950s with great box art. Nice early kit that is close to 1/144 scale. Features rotating props, 'gear up' configuration and excellent, full color decals. The kit has never been started. The small parts are still sealed in the factory bag and the parts that were never sealed have been inventoried complete, including instructions and excellent decals. Lincoln was based in Hong Kong. Plastic kits were not the primary business, but they established quite a line of them before discontinuing production in the late 1960s/early 1970s. Many molds moved to Kader, also in Hong Kong, who reissued the line. Many molds eventually found their way to the USA either through ATP (who purchased the excess kit stock when Kader sold out) or IM.
