Dated 1988. This line is widely considered the best and most accurate '109 series in this scale. Superbly molded with all very fine recessed panel lines. Hard-to-find 1/48 scale armor kit in the 'Big A' box from 1972. Features elevating gun, rotating turret, crew figures, operating bogies & treads and bogies and more. This is the issues where Aurora blacked out "World War II" and put "Korean War" above the text "Patton Tank". Never started. The tank has been inventoried complete with all parts but NOTE: missing vacuform terrain base. Otherwise includes all other parts, decals and instructions.

Rare. Early to mid 1960s 'Custom Car Parts' issue in a very narrow box with a header for hanging. All parts are molded in yellow plastic. Never used and complete with all parts, decals and instructions (on the back of the box).

Air Lines DH-88 Comet Racer - (ex Frog), 1/72, 4901

From about 1965 and finely molded for that time in silver and clear plastic. Features separately molded ailerons, elevators and rudder, two pilots and two standing figures. This kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. Box art is by the famous Jo Kotula who did 1930s covers for the magazine 'Model Airplane News' and later the Aurora box art of the late 1950s. Air Lines kits are all Frog molds that the Lines Brothers imported to the USA between 1964-1966. The kits, decals and instructions were made in England, then imported to the USA where Testors created the boxes with the colorful trading cards on the back. There are one or two trading cards on each box which show the boxart but not the advertising/logo. Some kits contain a Testors color painting guide also, but it is not specific to any model.

'Green Series' issue Frog kit. As with most every Frog kit, there are very fine panel lines and no unrealistic surface detail. Features cockpit, crew, under-wing rockets and rotating wheels and props. Contains decals and parts for both air forces and parts for the bomber or fighter version. The model has not been started. All parts are still sealed in the internal factory bag and it includes decals and instructions.

Still factory sealed and in very rare in this condition. 1950s issue has fantastic Ray Gaedke artwork. The model features fine raised details, moving rudder and wing control surfaces, complete jet engine and opening inspection cover, pilot, two drop tanks, underwing rockets and a clear display stand. Lindberg is a company with a fascinating history The original 'Lindberg Line' stretches back to the 1930s when Paul Lindberg drew plans for famous modeling magazines and marketed his balsa wood 'stick and tissue' by urging dealers to carry the '...Complete Lindberg Line'. From 1978 and the classic 1/48 scale B-26 kit with decals for the famous Flak Bait. Features excellent interior detail, crew members, rotating turrets with elevating guns, full wheel well detail, opened or closed bomb bay doors with bomb load, rotating props and rear boarding ladder. Never started. Inventoried with all parts, decals and instructions included.

1958 first issue hardbox featuring some of my favorite 'S' box artwork. Correct, original issue molded in three colors. Not a reproduction. The box is in 'very good+++' condition with great color and gloss. There are no price tags, no tag marks, no litho tear or missing litho, no fading, four solid original corners and no stains. Flaws include even light general wear as shown, a very short and mild crease at the upper left and residue from thin, clear tap on all four sides. Loaded with working features typical of kits at the time. The entire gantry tower folds back and moves on railroad base, the elevator moves to the four different work platforms and the Explorer Satellite can be removed from the Jupiter rocket. Includes crew of 7. Inside, the kit has never been started. Parts are molded in red, medium gray and white. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts and completely flat 'very good++' condition decals and 'very good' instructions with typical yellowing and some edge wear, the heaviest at the bottom.

Original hardbox issue from 1957. This is a very well detailed model for that time and features fully operational launcher and crew. Never started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. Please note that the box is only graded 'good' because 'OK' is written on the box top and two short sides in permanent black market and there is one closed split corner. There is also general wear (mainly the edges) as shown.
