Very rare. This is a superb quality resin waterline ship model that is highly detailed and beautifully molded - possibly done by Loose Cannon but that is just a guess. All parts appear to be pressure cast as there are no air bubbles and little to no flash. Includes a GMM 1/700 Generic USA Ship Detail Set in photoetched brass. The ship and GMM PE set have never been started. The ship is still in the factory sealed bags while the GMM set has been inventoried complete and in still in the original envelope with the instructions. NOTE: the ship has no instructions. but everything is still factory sealed exactly as it came from the manufacturer.

Rare model of a great subject and it is worthy to note that WSW even captured the difference between Szent Istvan and her sister ships. Finely cast from high-definition resin and superior in detail to injection molding. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes instructions with a brief history of the ship. WSW stood for 'Wings Ships and Wheels' and all production was in Germany. To ship modelers world-wide they are best know for their superb line of 1/700 models, many of which are still the only kit available for that subject.

She has the misfortune to be at Matapan with her sisters Pola and Fiume. All three were sunk at very close range by the Warspite. Never started. Large and highly detailed kit with 229 pieces, a full set of photoetch railings, metal anchor chain and more. Of the Zara class, the Gorizia was lucky to not take part in the disaster of Cape Matapan, where her three sisters, Zara, Pola and Fiume were sunk at very close range by the Warspite. Gorizia did not survive the war, however. When German forces took her over, she was sunk by an attack from British and Italian frogmen. These ships were very fast at 32 knots and well armed with 8 x 8" guns. The kit has never been started. Most parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags; one bag is open and that one tree has been inventoried complete. Includes decals and instructions.
