Aurora Fokker E-111 Eindekker, 1/48, 134-79

Plastic Model Kit,   Box Condition: Good

$46

1963 hardbox with Jo Kotula artwork. First issue; please note the front has the blue oval logo and the side panel logos do have 'Famous Fighters' in the border. Molded in the correct gloss tan and black plastic. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. This is part of the famous Aurora WWI series of 1/48 scale aircraft. The series began in 1956 and Aurora added new kits into the early 1960s. The line proved incredibly popular, so these kits were included in the 'mold upgrade' in the 1970s before Aurora went out of business.

Aurora Nieuport 28, 1/48, 108-79

Plastic Model Kit,   Box Condition: Good

$45

Dated 1957, but this is likely the 1958-1959 issue due to the 79 cent price extension on the part number. This classic Kotula artwork is one of my personal favorites for Jo's Aurora WWI series. Molded in gloss light gray and black. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete including decals and instructions.

Aurora Spad XIII, 1/48, 107-69

Plastic Model Kit,   Box Condition: Good+

$54

This is part of a popular and very successful series of 1/48 scale WWI aircraft that Aurora started in 1956 and added to well into the 1960s. Many of the line were in production right up until the demise of Aurora in the mid 1970s Molded in correct high-gloss olive drab and black plastic. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions.

Aurora Bell AH-1G Huey Cobra - Assault Helicopter - Rectangle Box Issue, 1/48, 501

Plastic Model Kit,   Box Condition: Good-

$39

Big 'A' logo issue is dated 1972 and this is likely the fourth issue of this kit. In the late 1960s Aurora realized that the older molds were out of date and modelers were demanding more realism. They made a new set of molds for ships, airplanes and helicopters. These were significant improvements as the new molds were on par with current offerings. This Cobra kit is one of the improved models. Features full cockpit, pilot and copilot figures, rotating main and rear rotors and optional weapons load of miniguns or rocket pods. Never started. Inventoried and NOTE: missing one part, a horizontal stabilizer. The other one is present to use as a pattern. Otherwise includes all other parts, decals and instructions.
