Kit builds a rolling chassis just like the real automobile. Advanced companies, like Monogram, saw the advantage of plastic and began marketing kits with plastic details and fully-carved fuselage, wings, etc. This beautiful kit is one the highest quality composite static kits from the early to mid 1950s. Never started. Inside, the kit is as it left the factory with the small plastic parts still in the factory sealed 'crinkel' bag, unpunched factory painted balsa parts, finished balsa fuselage and wings, red acetate stand, clear windshield, sandpaper, instructions and decals. 100% complete.

Large scale kit is molded in black, red, grey and copper so no painting is needed. Has cut-away operational cylinder if you wish to add it. Includes full equipment for motorizing and additional instructions as well as the 8 page illustrated aircraft engine booklet and the additional motorizing instructions that Monogram included special with this version.
