Rare 1965 issue with great framable box artwork. The box has wonderful color and gloss and four solid corners. This is a rare issue that seldom surfaces. Inside is the original F-94 normally cited as 1/48 scale, but Lindberg has listed it as "15/64 to the foot scale" which is about 1/51. Features two pilots with seats, clear canopy, raised panel detail, full landing gear (can easily be built with gear in the retracted position also), 'rocket' nose, display stand and colorful decals. Molded in silver and clear. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. Lindberg is a company with a fascinating history The original 'Lindberg Line' stretches back to the 1930s when Paul Lindberg drew plans for famous modeling magazines and marketed his balsa wood 'stick and tissue' by urging dealers to carry the '...Complete Lindberg Line'. 1950s hardbox issue with dramatic Gaekdke artwork. Loaded with working features - detailed jet engines with removable panels, retractable landing gear, detailed gun bay with opening covers and hinged pilots canopy. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. NOTE: this kit has been started. The gun bay floor and two pairs of machine guns are assembled and painted. The pilot is painted also. There is no other assembly or painting but the gun bay sides have glue on them, although it was never installed to the cockpit side.

Hardbox issue is dated 1966 and features motorized propeller action and Tom Morgan boxart. Molded in yellow and clear. The kit has never been started. The motor parts are are still in the factory sealed bag and all other parts have been inventoried complete with decals and instructions. The Stearman was the last standard biplane produced for the Army and Naval Air Forces. Production was over 10,000 planes, making if more prolific than any other US Biplane design. Kaydets help to train over 60,000 allied airmen in WWII.

Rare kit of a great subject. NOTE: excellent STOCK builder ONLY, please read carefully for the condition. Features detailed engine and compartment, opening hood, full interior and underside detail. NOTE: this kit has neatly assembly as follows: the grill details (light lenses and grill bar recesses only) have been painted; quality of the work is 'excellent+'; the engine is very neatly built and painted; the chassis is very neatly airbrushed black and details painted to 'near mint' quality, wheels built and on the chassis. There is no other assembly or painting. Inventoried and the stock version is missing one part: the windshield washer jar. ALL police parts are missing. Includes photocopied instructions. This model is well detailed with very fine raised panel detail and recessed control surface outlines, cockpit, opened or closed bomb bay doors with internal iron bomb load, tail "stinger" and detailed landing gear with good gear wells. The kit has never been started. The small parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags; the larger parts have been inventoried complete including decals and instructions. The B-47 was a very advanced aircraft at the time. The XB-47 first flew in 1947. The big jet's speed was equal to or greater than all current fighter aircraft, so it received radar-controlled twin 20mm cannons in the tail as the only guns. Through the use of mid-air refueling, the B-47 gave SAC it's first all-jet force for nuclear or regular bomb delivery. Although it was tricky to fly, Stratojets flew into the mid 1960s. A program to strengthen the wings for low-level attack was responsible for prolonging the service life.
