This is the 1956 first release of this classic and highly detailed 'S' kit. It has the incredible box art that has made these early releases so famous and collectible. The model features full hull, complete paddle wheels, ship's boilers (deleted in the motorized version), super detailed deck moldings, ship's boat, boarding ramps, rigging instructions, display stand and more. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all plastic parts, decals, color flag sheet and instructions included. NOTE: part #31, rear boiler deck, has a small edge broken off but it is present and fits back perfectly for a straight-forward repair.
