Rare original issue from late 1963. Features all parts to build one of the three versions listed. With detailed engine and compartment, opening hood, detailed stock interior, racing interior with different seats and headrests, steering wheel, roll bar, tach, instrument cluster, shoulder harness, racing mirrors, headlight covers and more. The custom version also has unique front and rear end treatments. Molded in white, clear, red-tinted clear, chrome plate and with rubber tires. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The decals are 100% intact but have the typical age micro-cracking.

From 1962 and includes a never-used tube of AMT body putty and the original sandpaper. Original issue special box that forms a dust-free display for your completed model. The box can be hung on your wall, and when you lift up the lid, the clear plastic is still present. Kit is nicely done and includes numerous parts so you can build it one of three ways. Molded in the correct white, clear, chrome plate, red-tinted clear and with rubber tires. The kit has never been started. All the parts are present for the stock version. Also, every chrome part is present and most if not all of the custom parts are present. This model collector put all his instructions and decals in a 'safe place' which no one can find, so NOTE- missing decals and instructions. I cannot be 100% certain that the entire kit is complete without the instructions, so it is sold 'as is.' NOTE: the box displays much better than the 'fair' grade but is graded such due to mouse damage on one side. NOTE: there are tire burns on the custom front and rear pans.

1960s 'Type Three' logo issue. Nicely detailed and molded kit. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The Rotodyne first flew in 1957. The purpose was to create the first true vertical take-off airliner that could operate from an area no larger than two tennis courts with a full load. The Rotodyne flew at up to 191 MPH with a range of 450 miles and a payload of 48 passengers or 5 tons of freight. Despite the excellent performance and a larger design in the works, the RAF never placed an order and BEA never placed a firm order. The project was discontinued in 1962.

Fantastic artwork on an early hardbox from 1943 to 1949. Fred Megow was famous for his lines of semi-prefabricated kits solid kits and stick and tissue models from the late 1920s till 1949. Megow also produced scale operating train and trackside kits, ship models (large and small) and automotive subjects. Solid wood scale model with profile carved fuselage, wings, elevator and rudder, plastic propeller, pre-carved wheels, heavy die-cut cardstock details, carved wooden wheels, full size plans, full color markings and glass bottles of paint and glue. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, markings and instructions.

The actual kit needs little introduction. Simply put, it is the most detailed P-51D in this scale. You build the better part of the internal structure! The kit has never been started. The parts that were factory sealed are still in the sealed bags. The parts that were not factory sealed have been inventoried complete including two huge decal sheets and instructions.

Kit features spinning main and tail rotors, cockpit and interior detail including cargo deck, opening side doors, cargo net on side hoist, and working dipping sonar assembly (when you turn the rotor, it comes out of the bay and lowers - you can raise it by turning the rotors in the opposite direction). In 1982, during the Falklands War, H.R.H. The Duke of York flew Sea Kings on 820 NAS, embarked in HMS Invincible, marking one of few occasions inmodern history when an English Royal has actually participated in armed conflict.

O-lin North American F-86 Jet Fighter, 1/48, 505

Very rare kit for the advanced collector. Produced in 1949 or just before, making it among the earliest US all plastic kits. In superb overall condition. Very hard-to-fine original O-line small box and advertisement for O-line cement on the side. The box has excellent color and gloss but some wear and creases. Inside, the kit is factory new. It is molded in the correct off white with a red nose piece and clear canopy. It has never been started. The parts that O-Lin shipped factory sealed are still sealed in the krinkle bag; the parts that were never factory sealed have been inventoried complete. Includes decals in 'excellent+' condition and with a small sheet of decal instructions. The instructions are on the back of the box and are in VG condition. O-Lin (Olin) was founded by Paul Lindberg and a Mr. Olsen - hence the company name. Although a producer of flying models in the 1930s, O-line produced some of the earliest American injection molded kits in the late 1940s. In 1950 the partnership may have ended, because all branding was changed to Lindberg and Paul Lindberg. To learn more about the first American Plastic Kits, please see the article on this website. Features full interior detail, optional position bomb bay with bomb load, rotating turrets and elevating guns, optional position crew hatch, and rotating props. Never started. Factory sealed internal bags with decals and instructions. The box displays better than the grade but is graded as such because there is a 1.5 x 1 inch section of the left side panel missing.

Aurora of Great Britain issue from the late 1960s. Classic and very popular Aurora knight kit from the original molds. Large 1/8 scale kit is molded gloss black and has white and yellow plumes. The kit has never been started. It is still sealed in the factory bag and includes the instructions. In the mid 1950s, Aurora bought three 'Knight' molds from Crown Plastics and issued them as K1, K2 and K3. These were the very first Aurora figure kits and they sported the 1956-only rectangular 'Northern Lights' logo with the correct 'Crown Line' logo inside it. The sales success of the Knight prompted Aurora to launch an entire line of figure kits. The knights themselves stayed in production in the USA and overseas long after many other figures were discontinued.
