1974 issue. Well detailed large scale kit of the British night fighter with airborne interception radar. The Beaufighter was flown by aces such like Flt./Lt. "Cat's Eyes" Cunningham, whose markings are included. His final score stood at 20 victories and his aircraft is depicted in this model. Kit features detailed Bristol Hercules engines, removable cowling, two flight crew, optional position landing gear, full crew cockpits and radar antenna. Never started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. My friend and model builder Stephen Payne high recommends that the purchaser of any Beaufighter Night Fighter model invests in a copy of the book "Night Fighter" by C.F. Rawnsley. Rawnsley was John Cunningham's Airborne Intercept radar operator throughout WWII in both Beaufighters and Mosquitoes. The book is the story of their time and combat together and makes excellent reading.

Rare. Features well-detailed moldings with fine recessed surface detail, many cast metal parts, vacuform canopies (perfect condition and clear, not yellowed), detailed cockpit and full decals for two different aircraft. Never started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. The original Bristol Beaufort was developed for the RAF as a general reconnaissance and torpedo bomber in the latter part of the 1930s with a first flight in October of 1938. As part of a move to bolster Australian defenses in WWI, it was decided to built this aircraft in Australia also. A pattern aircraft and parts for 20 Beauforts were shipped south. Beauforts built in Australia by the Department of Aircraft Production (DAP) and were all equipped with Pratt & Whitney Twin Wasp engines. Initial machines were delivered to the RAF No. 100 Squadron in Singapore but they were handed over to the RAAF in early 1942. In addition to the P&W engines, Australian Beauforts incorporated other chances as well such as increased chord fins for better handling, fully enclosed retractable undercarriage plus many other small external and internal equipment changes. Generally, Australian Beauforts were Marks 5 through 8 for bombers and Mark 9 for the Transport conversion often referred to as Beaufreighter. In all some 17 front-line squadrons employed Beauforts in the anti-shipping and general bombing rolls in the SWPA and many others used them for varied tasks ranging from transport, search & rescue and testingg.

Features detailed V-8 engine with stock 4bbl carb or three deuces, very good engine compartment, opening hood, full interior, stock hardtop or convertible boot, custom top with custom front and rear end treatments much more. Molded in white, clear, red tinted clear and chrome and with rubber narrow whitewall tires for stock and drag slicks for race. Never started. Inventoried and NOTE: missing (1) interior retainer. Easily made from flat stock and does not show when assembled. Otherwise complete with all other parts and includes decals and instructions. The decals are intact and flat but have typical age microcracking.

Hard-to-find and well detailed kit of this classic ocean liner. It is from all new molds (not the old Revell molds). Features over 190 pieces, one piece hull and is designed for operation in water; includes the electric motor, battery contacts, wiring, all running hardware & scale or drive propellers; it is easily converted to R/C (radio control parts not included). The model is 19.5 inches long when assembled. Includes a clear display stand. Never started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. The Oriana was a very famous P&O Orient Liner. In December 1962, in fog off San Diego, Oriana collided with CV-33 USS Kearsarge, causing considerable damage to both vessels. A claims court found Oriana's captain had been steaming too fast for conditions. Afterwards, the CV was good-naturedly nicknamed "The Mighty Kay-runch."

Difficult to find 1950s Cellovision issue of the Civil Tu-16 Badger with Ray Gaedke box art. Small scale kit measures about 8 or 9 inches long and has very fine raised surface detail, complete landing gear, display stand and full Aeroflot decals. Has the trading card on the back. Rare. Features beautiful high-definition resin cast parts with recessed panel lines, many brass PE details, good cockpit, full decals and more. Never started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. The V2 holds a special place in this history of the Bf109, the most produced fighter in the world. The first aicraft, V1, had to be fitted with a Kestrel engine as the Jumo was not available. However, in 1935 the first Jumos came available and the V2 was completed with the first 602 hp Jumo 210A engine. Also, it was then the V2 which won the historic fly-off competition at the E-Stelle Baltic seacoast facility at Travemunde to become the main Luftwaffe fighter.

The factory paint, glue, glue tip and brushes have never been used; however, I cannot confirm if they are still good without trying to use them.
