Features full frame with complete suspension, linkage and driveline detail, full interior with front and rear roll cage, bucket racing sear, fire extinguisher, wheelie bars, optional stock or custom fiberglass grill, racing fuel tank, optional spoiler, drag chute and more. Body lifts up to show details. Never started. All the parts that were factory sealed are still sealed; the parts that were not (clear and chrome) have been inventoried complete. With instructions and amaxing condition 'near mint' decals.

Still factory sealed. 2014 reissue of the great 1960s kit. Widely considered to be one of the best visible airplane action kits ever made. Features a full cut away model with interior detail. Buttons on the base activate two motors that make the prop spin, and the main gear and tail wheel retract and extend. Two other levers on the base drop the wing bombs.

Heller Liore et Olivier Leo 451, 1/72, L 389

Mid to late 1960s "L" issue with wrap-around artwork and yellow-backed Heller logo. Nicely molded kit for that time with very good interior detail for all crew stations, rotating props and wheels and very detailed landing gear as the actual aircraft. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. The Leo 451 was a greatly improved French medium bomber design of the late 1930s. The first flight of the 451 took place in March of 1940. Eleven groups of LEO 451s served from Vichy France and French Naval Air Forces in North Africa. The aircraft ended active service when the groups changed out for the B-26.

The 63.11 was a further development of the successful Potez 631 and was used in the scouting and observation role. Four squadrons were equipped with this type. They saw heavy action and 63.11 losses were the greatest of all Armee de l'Air combat aircraft during the Invasion of France.

SALE! Dated 1956, but this is a 1960s issue with the later John Steel artwork and blue oval 'Aurora' logo with no 'Famous Fighters.' Molded in gloss dark olive and black. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. This is part of the famous Aurora WWI series of 1/48 scale aircraft. The series began in 1956 and Aurora added new kits into the early 1960s. The line proved incredibly popular, so these kits were included in the 'mold upgrade' in the 1970s before Aurora went out of business. Thanks to Eugene DuBey, we know some history on the aircraft that Aurora modeled. The tail # on the kit rudder is 1354, the number of a Nie 16 that served with "CAM de Dunquerke / St Pol sur Mer", 1916-17.

Lindberg is a company with a fascinating history The original 'Lindberg Line' stretches back to the 1930s when Paul Lindberg drew plans for famous modeling magazines and marketed his balsa wood 'stick and tissue' by urging dealers to carry the '...Complete Lindberg Line'.
