Early issue dated 1977. Contains the desirable full color Diorama Sheet and instructions. Excellent detail inside and out. Features full interior, optional position bomb bay with bomb load, rotating turrets and elevating guns, optional position crew hatch, and rotating props. NOTE: one part has been glued - a seat to the side of the fuselage interior. There is visible glue, but the part cannot be seen when the kit is assembled. There is no other assembly. The kit has been inventoried complete with all parts, excellent decals and instructions. NOTE: one prop shaft is another color plastic - it is from a later issue of this same kit.

NOTE: builder kit only, please read below. Rare 1966 hardbox issue. Very large 1/118 scale kit is over two feet long when assembled and is a very detailed model for that time. Features full hull, display stand, metal chain, detailed deck fittings, pre-formed rat lines, billowing sails, blocks and detailed rigging diagrams. Molded in correct dark wood, black, tan, and ivory/white. Features full hull, display stand, detailed deck fittings, billowing sails, metal anchor chains, running and standing rigging, molded ratlines and display stand. This model was one of a small series of large scale sailing ships made by Aurora to appeal to the serious ship modeler. NOTE: this kit has minor assembly. Several eyebolts have been glued to the deck. There is no other assembly. NOTE: about a dozen parts have been painted. This includes one hull half below the waterline only, the other hull half fully painted, both main decks and the deck hatches/skylights. There is no other painting. Much of the paint is neat and can be painted over. Some will need a light sanding before painting. You may wish to strip it with DOT3 brake fluid, spray oven clear or any other safe, tested plastic paint stripper. NOTE: missing one #65 davit. Easily made using the other davits as a pattern. Inventoried with all other parts, three types of rigging material, decals, flag sheet and instructions present.

Still factory sealed but the seal has splits. 1980 Type Four 'enlongated' logo issue. Features moving rudder, elevator and ailerons, cockpit detail and torpedo load-out. The SM-79 was considered an excellent aircraft and one of the best land based torpedo bombers of the war. Designed and serving as an airliner from 1934 onward, 100 were supplied to the Nationalist Air Force for the Spanish Civil War where they served as day and night bombers. The aircraft performed well in the Med and against Malta, sinking many allied ships.
