The other 5 are complete and also include 4 Mauser rifles, one MG-42 with bipod, 4 bayonets, 5 trench tools, binoculars, one Walther pistol, ammo drum, officers map case, officers cap, 4 helmets, goggles, 2 holsters, 2 stick grenades, 5 gas masks canisters, 4 water bottles and 4 bread bags. Many minor details have been neatly painted (like faces, canisters, water bottles, etc). The job is excellent. You could leave them as is, paint directly over them, or strip them in DOT3 brake fluid or any other safe plastic paint stripper. Includes decals and instructions.

From 2004. Features pilot figure, detailed engine, cockpit, rigging yarn and rigging instructions and an excellent decal sheet with paint guide for both aircraft listed. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. You never know where old molds will show up, and this kit is a primary example. This is actually the old Aurora kit molds, which were cut in late 1955 or 1956. The kit was always an excellent seller for Aurora, and they revised the molds for the 1976 issue. But it was too little, too late for Aurora and they left the model business, selling the molds to Monogram. Monogram re-worked the molds and released the kit in a late 'White Box' issue. There may have been other issues after that, as SMER and other companies have a history of using some ex-Aurora molds. However, Monogram and Revell merged and now Revell has re-discovered the molds, cleaned them up very admirably and issued this classic again. An ideal builder with great, modern decals.

This collector stored this and all of his kits in bags because of limited storage space. He was very precise; the canopy is bagged separate to prevent scratching, the small parts are in a zip lock for protection and then put into a larger sealed bag with the bigger parts and instructions. Decals are excellent. Very high quality kit that builds to a beautiful model. This is the 1983 issue with the wonderful 'The Turtle' nose art. 1970s Kikoler Brazil issue of the classic 1959 'S' kit. Model has many action features: Wings fold, dive brakes operate, canopy slides to show full cockpit, landing gear retracts and cowling comes off to show fully detailed engine. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. Since it's introduction in 1946, he venerable Skyraider has been produced in more versions and performed more duties than any other aircraft in US history. This version is the Rescue Support Aircraft that would fly support with the Jolly Green Helicopters to rescue downed pilots in Vietnam. The Skyraiders slower speed and ability to carry an unbelievable amount of firepower made it ideal for this roll.

Original Pre 'S' release and the true first issue. When Revell designed the model, information reached the man designing the instructions that there was a yardarm on the main mast - part #28. The mold cutter or designer either forgot about this part or never got word - and the molds were cut without. Revell used a grease pencil to mark off #28 from the parts list on the kits - new instructions were on the way, but they wanted to use up the old batch first. Later issues do not list this part or show it on the assembly diagram. Revell's first aircraft carrier model from 1954. Excellent kit of a straight-deck Midway class ship in the near original configuration. Features heavy AA battery and an airwing of F4U Corsairs, F9F Cougars, AD-6 Skyraiders and a helicopter that may be a HUP. Has correct hardbox in very good condition. Inside, the kit is molded in the correct glossy light gray plastic. Never started. Factory sealed bag or inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals, flags and instructions.

Nicely done, large 1/48 scale kit with good detail for this early date. 1969 issue. The Yorktown was one of three prewar sister carriers with Enterprise (CV-6) and Hornet (CV-8). The Yorktown saw extensive action in the Coral Sea, the first sea battle in which opposing forces did not sight each other from warships. At Midway she fought alongside Enterprise and Hornet, but was lost after the battle in an epic struggle to save the ship. Very nicely molded model. Features 20" long full hull with rudder and propeller detail, internal hangar deck sections that are visible through side hangar doors after, 20 Douglas SBD Dauntless airwing (well molded with raised panel lines and propellers), movable cranes, separately molded AA guns and catwalks and optional position elevators. The box art shows the prewar high-vis finish, and decals are included for prewar markings for the ship and aircraft. The kit has never been started.
