Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions.

This model came from the estate of a very active and particular early aircraft kit collector. It is like factory-new inside and has not been started. Complete with all parts, plans and decals (if originally included).

Lindberg USS Antietam CV36 Aircraft Carrier, 1/900, 1721

From 1986. This is the only injection molded plastic kit ever made of CV36. Smaller scale model features full hull with prop and rudder detail, display stands, AA guns, 6 F11F Tiger and 6 Skyray aircraft, one helicopter, one space capsule and deck and island decals. Lindberg B-70 SAC Bomber (XB-70) - Canada Issue, 1/169, 567

1950s Ray Gaedke art work on the softbox issue intended for the Canadian market. Has 'Price in Canada 1.59' on both long sides. This is the only kit of the B-70 with retractable landing gear. Includes moving rudders and ailerons, optional position wing tip panels and the traditional clear Lindberg display stand. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts decals and instructions. Please note that this kit has the twin vertical stabilizers like the real aircraft. Lindberg also sold a 'civil' XB-70 with the single tail configuration and TWA markings.

Airfix Auster 6 Antarctic - T3 Logo Issue - Bagged, 1/72, 103

Still factory sealed. 1960s issue type three logo bagged kit with header. The Auster 6 Antarctic was a specially modified aircraft supplied to the Antarctic expedition. It has additional fuel capacity and more elaborate radio and DF equipment. The Auster was first introduced during WWII as an artillery observation and liaison aircraft. Since that time it was progressively developed for both military and civil use. The ability for short field operation and use with wheels, skis or floats made it very popular at the time.

The kit itself is very nicely molded with optional position cabin entry doors, clear cockpit and cabin windows, rotating props, detailed gear and front and rear passenger boarding stair assemblies. Decals are for British Airways. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete including decals and instructions. The Vanguard was a 1959 high speed early turbo-prop airliner that carried 139 passengers.

Large 1/48 scale kit is loaded with working features such as realistic motorized jet sound, retracting main and nose gear with working gear doors, removable tail section with detailed jet engine, working elevators, rudders and ailerons and working ejection seat. Never started. 100% inventoried complete with all parts, motor, decals and instructions present. Lindberg is a company with a fascinating history The original 'Lindberg Line' stretches back to the 1930s when Paul Lindberg drew plans for famous modeling magazines and marketed his balsa wood 'stick and tissue' by urging dealers to carry the '...Complete Lindberg Line'. Features choice of two complete engines - stock Ford flathead V-8 or Old V-8 racing engine with triple carbs or 8 velocity stacks, detailed engine compartment and opening hood, very good molded chassis with separately molded front and rear suspension/driveline, full stock or custom interior with roll bar, tach, floor shifter and gauges, three different front grilles, two tail light and front bumper options and choice of stock or race tires and wheels. Includes very nice decal sheet. Molded in colored plastic, clear, chrome plate and with rubber tires. The kit has never been started. Late 1960s Pyro issue from original molds. In the early to mid 1960s the Pyro company chose many of its kit subjects based more on historical significance than popularity. Luckily for us, Pyro not only made these kits but did an excellent job for the time. The Pyro car models are based on the actual cars that Pyro engineers and designers had access to. This model is very nicely molded with very good detail featuring full underside and chassis, spoked wheels and complete interior. Molded in dark green and clear. The box states that it can be converted to a 'road racing' or slot car. Never started. Inventoried complete with all parts and instructions.
