Rare model dated 1964. This is a bigger scale, full hull kit that Revell says "…is suitable for radio control operation, see special notes." Features movable rudder, one bigger drive prop and four dummy scale props, gearbox drive and turrets that rotate left and right as it sails. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The kit is from the original Lindberg molds; it would be interesting to know how Revell of Germany ended up with that tooling. While Revell notes that the plastic parts are present for motorizing, they also state that "metal and rubber parts, motor and cables are not included in the kit."

Still factory sealed. From quality Frog molds. Box art is by the famous Jo Kotula who did 1930s covers for the magazine 'Model Airplane News' and later the Aurora box art of the late 1950s. Air Lines kits are all Frog molds that the Lines Brothers imported to the USA between 1964-1966. The kits, decals and instructions were made in England, then imported to the USA where Testors created the boxes with the colorful trading cards on the back. There are one or two trading cards on each box which show the boxart but not the advertising/logo. Some kits contain a Testors color painting guide also, but it is not specific to any model.

Older kit that is nicely detailed for that time. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. The Rotodyne first flew in 1957. The purpose was to create the first true vertical take-off airliner that could operate from an area no larger than two tennis courts with a full load. The Rotodyne flew at up to 191 MPH with a range of 450 miles and a payload of 48 passengers or 5 tons of freight. Despite the excellent performance and a larger design in the works, the RAF never placed an order and BEA never placed a firm order. The project was discontinued in 1962.

Excellent model with full color decals for a prewar scout plane from heavy cruiser USS Phoenix. The Phoenix was the only ship to get underway and clear Pearl Harbor during the attack on December 7, 1941. She was sold to Argentina, renamed the General Belgrano, later sunk in the Falkland Islands/Malvinas by a British nuclear attack submarine. The kit has never been started. Still factory sealed. Features folding wings, optional position speed/dive brakes and a very large loadout with rockets, drop tanks and bombs. This kit is from Airfix molds and is one of the MPC '3 Big Bonus' features series. Dates from the late 1960s/early 1970s. The model features customizing parts (such as chrome plated bombs, missiles, prop, exhaust, air scoops, antenna and guns), stock and customizing decals and the clear modular display stand. Note that this issue still has 'Craft Master' under the MPC logo. Before this, MPC was marketing Airfix kits under the Craftmaster name in the USA. This continued for several issues and was finally discontinued although MPC continued to distribute Airfix and their own models.
