One-owner kit purchased new on January 2, 1964 at Woolworth in Lexington, KY. Amazingly, it still includes the unopened tube of AMT Body Putty, sandpaper and upholstery material. Original hardbox issue from the early 1960s; not a reissue. Features stock or supercharged engine, detailed engine bay, opening hood, full interior, numerous custom parts, wild custom front and rear end treatments, accessories and custom decals. The kit has never been started. Inventoried with all plastic parts present and with white wall stickers, putty, sandpaper, upholstery, decals and instructions.

Very rare and from 1958. From ex-Best molds. Aurora purchased the Best molds for the Indianapolis 500 Winners and made one issue. Kit is molded in gray with real rubber tires, a driver figure, some interior detail and very nice decals. The kit has never been started. The parts are still sealed in the internal factory bag and includes decals and instructions. Bill Vukovich was the driver of the Fuel Injection Special, which roared over the 500 miles in 3 hours, 53 minutes and 10 seconds. The average speed was 128.740 mph and he lead for 195 laps. Some laps were as fast as 138 mph. This car has magnesium disc wheels, and the first eight finishers also sported the same instead of the customary wire wheels.

Very rare and early MPC promotional in superb condition and includes the original box. The box is stamped "DODGE MONACO MAUVEMENT." The model was obtained on October 11, 1965 by a discriminating adult collector in Lexington KY. The promo has never even been displayed - it has been in the box wrapped with factory tissue since it left the factory. The unique mauve paint has factory-new color and gloss. The chrome is 'near mint.' There is no body warp and the clear is in 'near mint' condition. I would grade this one 9.8 out of 10 with 10 flawless. The deduction is because of a few very light scuffs. This is a unique and beautiful promo. The interior dash instrument faces, shifter and console trim are all chrome plate. The red-tinted tail light lenses have delicate chrome plated bezels. The underside is also mauve but the rear suspension, differential and dual exhaust system is factory painted silver. The original box is complete and 'good+' with age spotting on the upward facing surface. Even the original packing paper is present.

The color and gloss are like new, the chrome is 'factory-new' condition and the model has never been played with. There is zero body warp and the clear is in 'near mint' condition. I would grade this one 9 out of 10 with 10 flawless. The main deduction is because of very light box scratches on upper surfaces. The box is old but NOT original to this model.

Very rare friction-drive promotional with a metal chassis. Especially in this condition and with the original box. The box is stamped "EDSEL FLY DEL WHITE/GREEN." This model was obtained on October 30, 1966 in Lexington KY by a very discriminating adult collector. The model is in amazing condition. The paint has like-new color and gloss, the chrome is all intact, smooth and in 'excellent+' condition and the model has never even been displayed outside the box. There is little to zero body warp and the clear is in 'near mint' condition. I would grade this one 9.5 out of 10 with 10 flawless. The deduction is for almost invisible light box scratches on the roof, a few tiny factory paint flaws, and the chrome is not as bright as some I have seen (which is a factory issue).
