Superb quality conversion kit to perform any of the FW-190 or Mosquito variants listed. Koster designed these to fit the classic Monogram base kits. Never started and 100% complete.

Wood Model Kit,   Box Condition: VG++


1970s large scale issue for rubber or gas free flight, or easily converted to RC using today's tiny and light servos and receivers. Box art is by Locher, who did a great deal of the Monogram box artwork also. Kit features traditional wood/tissue construction with all die cut parts, 'Tube-O-Matic' fuselage construction and 'Rugged Super X Simplified Non-Warping Wing' construction, colorful insignia, detailed full size plans, building instructions, wheels, hardware, tissue and propeller. The model has not been started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts and instructions. Comet was a famous manufacturer of stick and tissue flying and static models. In the 1930s Great Depression, they lead the low-priced kit revolution with the "Dime Scale" kits and famous advertisements in Model Airplane News magazine and others. Comet reached it's peak in the 1930s when they acquired the services of Carl Goldberg. Goldberg was a highly accomplished modeler with articles in Model Airplane News and famous designs that won him several National level competitions in the 1930s and beyond. (Carl Goldberg went on to found his own company and produced well designed and popular free-flight and RC aircraft). Comet survived the post World War economic slump and continued kit production until they were bought out by long-time competitor Guillow's in 1998.

AMT USS Akron/Macon Airship, 1/520, T572

Still factory sealed. Nice kit of the 'aircraft carriers of the sky'. The Macon and Akron carried their own complement of F9C Sparrowhawk fighter aircraft, which could take off from a large hook while the airship was in flight - recovery was accomplished the same way, and the aircraft were stored in a hanger inside the ship.

Large fire station consisting of two multi-story buildings and fire tower. Nicely molded kit with 150 parts and molded in the colors shown on the box photograph so no painting is needed. Features clear windows, printed curtains, blinds and window treatments, separate doors, window frames/mullions, downspouts and base/foundation. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete including instructions.

Large scale 1/48 Havoc "G" variant. Very finely molded with all recessed panel lines. Very nicely detailed interior. Has decals for both aircraft. The kit has never been started. Airfix Fairey Rotodyne, 1/72, 04002

The Rotodyne first flew in 1957. The purpose was to create the first true vertical take-off airliner that could operate from an area no larger than two tennis courts with a full load. The Rotodyne flew at up to 191 MPH with a range of 450 miles and a payload of 48 passengers or 5 tons of freight. Despite the excellent performance and a larger design in the works, the RAF never placed an order and BEA never placed a firm order. The project was discontinued in 1962. Never started. Factory sealed bag with decals and instructions.

From 1994 and revision "C" of this kit. Very large scale, nicely done cardstock model. Black printing on quality bright yellow card and has clear material for windows, with metal and wood dowels as needed for strength. No painting required - just build! Features very detailed building instructions and drawings. You should be experienced with card models before building this model. Never started; nothing has been cut out and all the sheets are in excellent condition. 100% complete.

1960 'smooth' hardbox issue with framable John Steel box artwork. Although dated 1960, this is a later issue due to the 89 cent price extension on the kit number. Large and detailed kit builds up to almost 15" long. The kit has not been started. The contents are still sealed in the factory internal bag.

Very high quality kit from 1989. Features fine moldings, all recess panel lines, decals for multiple aircraft, gear well detail, drop tanks and AA-9 and AA-8 air-to-air missiles. The model has not been started. NOTE: missing one inner intake baffle. Otherwise inventoried with all other parts, decals and instructions.

MPM Fokker G-1 Reaper - Dutch or Luftwaffe - Bagged, 1/72, 72034

Bagged kit - the box is shown for reference only. Rare. The only injection molded G-1 ever produced. Very nicely molded with fine recessed panel lines, brass photoetched parts and beautifully cast resin details. Has a very nicely detailed cockpit. Has a paint guide and decals for Dutch or Luftwaffe aircraft. The kit has never been started. All parts and decals are still mint in the internal factory sealed bag. Includes mint condition instructions. Fantastic late 1930's Dutch Fighter. It was a good as anything the Luftwaffe had at that time, but it had not entered mass production when the invasion hit. Few were available but they performed well. Some saw service as captured aircraft with the Luftwaffe.

Revell Apollo Lunar Space Craft - History Makers Issue, 1/48, 8644

1984 History Makers issue of the classic 1969 kit. This model is the complete top section of the Saturn V in 1/48 scale. The model has five highly detailed sections which are removable: Command Module, Service Module, Launch Escape Tower, Lunar Module and Apollo Saturn Adapter Section. Stands over 20 inches high when assembled. Two display bases are included for in flight and for lunar landing. Also includes metal gold foil for detailing the Lunar Lander. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals, foil and instructions.

Minicraft RMS Titanic Ocean Liner - Upgraded 'Musuem Quality' Issue with Corrections and Photoetched Parts, 1/350, 11315

Large and highly detailed kit. After the Titanic was found, many modelers and historians corrected numerous details of this famous ship. Mincraft followed by modifying the molds of the classic 1/350 kit to include many of these corrections. Photoetched railings and rat lines were added also. The model is over 30 inches long when assembled. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. Just about every aftermarket photo-etched accessory you can imagine is available for this kit (I recommend the ones from Tom's Modelworks and Perry's Gold Medal Models), so you can create a museum masterpiece if you wish.
