The history of the Chevrolet Corvair was mixed, but no one could doubt the beauty of the Corvair Monza GT show car. Crowds around the USA and Canada were wowed by the futuristic and luxurious vehicle. The design was absolutely ground-breaking for 1962. Other cars would copy certain traits for decades. Very nicely detailed model from original Eidai molds. Made in black, white, red, clear, chromed and rubber plastic with some metal parts. Large 1/20 scale. Features full engine and interior detail, opening passenger compartment, opening hood and steerable front wheels. Never started. 2nd issue of this kit with the "Blue Box" dated 1967. Very highly detailed. The kit has many action features: When you pull the prop outward and rotate it CCW, the landing gear retracts. Pull it outward and rotate it CW, and the gear extends. Push the prop in, and it freewheels as normal. Kit features a movable control surfaces, highly detailed cockpit, full decals, sliding canopy and instructions for rigging. Never started. 100% inventoried complete with all parts/decals and instructions present. Two wing supports struts have broken cleanly from the cowl but are included.

The respected Russian mini-trijet transport. KVZ was the logo used by this East German kit manufacturer from 1969 to 1973. During this time, some fantastic Cold War kits were produced of Russian Aeroflot Airliners and Military Helicopters and Aircraft. Never started. ICM Zveno' SPB - TB-3 and Two Wing Mounted I-16 Fighters, 1/72, 72093

Large and highly detailed kit has over 430 parts. Builds the most successful version of the Znveo, which was two I-16 Fighters attached to the underside of the TB-3 wings. The first combat operations took place in July of 1941. The TB-3s flew within range of petrol factories in Romania, and released the I-16s which dive-bombed the factory. On the way home, the I-16s acted as escort fighters. The most famous operation was the destruction of the Chernavodsky Bridge over the Danube in 1941. Never started. Revell US Coast Guard Icebreaker Eastwind 'S' Kit, 1/285, H337-149

Original hardbox issue from 1956 with classic boxart. Box is in exceptional NM condition. Like most of Revell's older ship models, this one is well molded and well detailed. Features rotating turrets/elevating guns, helicopter pad with helicopter and full rigging instructions. Molded in correct white, wood brown, and butterscotch. Never started. Factory sealed bag or inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. The 269 U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Eastwind, a Polar Class Icebreaker was commissioned on June 3, 1944. This cutter served in the North Atlantic during World War II, and on ice breaking in the Arctic and Antarctic. She was decommissioned in 1968.
