Esoteric N3N-1 / 3 Yellow Peril, 1/72, NAF19

Vacuform Model Kit,   Box Condition: Sealed

Sold

Although the N3N looked similar to many biplanes of the day, it was a revolutionary design for the mid 1930s. The sturdy all metal construction allowed it to meet the '25 year service' requirement. In reality the aircraft served in the Navy up to 1961! It was the first aircraft soloed by thousands of naval aviators and many still continue to fly in civil service. It was designed and built by the government owned Naval Aircraft Factory at Philadelphia. Very high quality kit with metal parts and full decals. The molding quality rivals or surpasses most injection molded kits. Includes full interior detail. Kit is still factory sealed.
