High quality resin model with photoetched details. Features very nice underside and suspension, excellent interior, optional position hatches and more. The kit has never been started. The small parts are still in the factory sealed bags. The large parts were not factory sealed have been inventoried complete including decals and instructions. The Casspir was the primary mine-protected APC of Koevoet and 32 Battalions during the Angola conflict. Units of the SADF started using the Casspir late in the war due to the remarkable safety record. The Casspir offered the occupants a significant anti-landmine capability. The vehicle also allowed maintenance personnel to easily replace components after a mine detonation. This made the Casspir the preferred vehicle to use during long cross-boarder operations. The Casspir was later used for various conversions such as ambulance, 81mm mortar, 106mm recoilless anti-tank weapon and also for urban police operations. The Casspir still forms an important part of the SANDF. Casspir is 10.88 tons loaded, powered by a diesel engine, has a range of 770 km, speed of 98 km/h on the road, a crew of 2+12 and often has an optional 7.62 machine gun.

Rare figures from 1967. Burns lists this model as 1/32, but the figures may be a bit large for that. The run about 2.5 inches high; for a 70" man, that would make them about 1/28 scale. This includes all 34 action figures - complete offensive and defensive teams, coaches and officials, molded in white and medium blue. All figures are complete and 33 are unbroken. NOTE: one figure has the base broken off, but both parts are present so you can repair it. All white figures have shoulder stripes and helmets painted blue; all blue figures have the helmets and pants painted deep maroon. Only four figures are unpainted. NOTE: Includes only all 34 figures and the box; there is no paperwork included.

From original Pyro molds. The Joseph Conrad was built in 1882 in Denmark as the Georg Stage. Alan Villiers bought the ship in 1934 and saved it from the breakers. He renamed it Joseph Conrad for the famous maritime author. The ship made a famous round-the-world voyage from which Villiers wrote three books about the travels. The ship is now a museum ship at Mystic Seaport in Connecticut and is still used for static sailing ship training. The kit was originally made in the early 1960s and is nicely done for that time. Measures about 16 inches long when built. Includes detailed hull and deck, billowing sails, rigging material and rigging guide photos. Molded in black and white/ivory. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions.

Box 33, Hinckley, Leicestershire, Great Britain. If constructed properly, they were fast to build and flew quite well.
