This is a 2009 Revell reissue of the superior 1968 Monogram Saturn V - which is still widely considered he best Saturn in 1/144. All three stages separate from each other in order to demonstrate a simulated flight. Apollo upper section opens to release lunar module with two stages and operating landing legs. Includes three figures and launch pad stand. Molded in white, silver and with a yellow stand.

Luckily for us, Pyro not only made these kits but did an excellent job for the time. The Pyro car models are based on the actual cars that Pyro engineers and designers had access to. The model includes colored plastic and clear parts, detailed (molded) chassis and complete interior. Ideal for slot car conversion, and Pyro originally advertised it that way.
