1968 issue still factory sealed and in investment-grade 'Near Mint' condition. Very finely molded and detailed 1/48 scale model featuring detailed cockpit and gear wells and choice of two canopies. The decals are for Col. Howard, who was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor. He was an AVG pilot and became the first US pilot to become an ace in both the Pacific and European theaters.

Rare example that is still factory sealed and in investment-grade 'near mint' condition. Second issue dated 1967 of the civil F3F that was flown for Gulf Oil by the famous stunt pilot Al Williams. The kit has many action features: when you pull the prop outward and rotate it CCW, the landing gear retracts. Pull it outward and rotate it CW, and the gear extends. Push the prop in, and it freewheels as normal. Also features movable rudder, aileron and elevator, highly detailed cockpit, opening canopy, full decals including striping, instructions for rigging and is molded in the correct orange, silver and clear.
