Includes the rare #46000 Williams Brothers Decal Set and Paint Guide for a Curtiss C-46A Commando, 1st Troop Carrier Sq, 443rd Troop Carrier Group, Burma 1945. This aircraft has "TIGER FLEET" in large letters on the fuselage as well as a large nose art painting just behind the fuselage. The decals and paint guide and in mint condition and never used. The actual kit is nicely detailed. Features choice of 3 blade Hamilton or 4 blade Curtiss Props, hard or rubber wheels and dual position landing gear. Several decals choices including US Military and Flying Tiger (Civilian) Lines. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions.

Older issue from around the late 1960s . This is one of AMT's earlier 'four digit' part number kits. Nicely molded, featuring a detailed Stovebolt 6 engine, detailed engine compartment with removable hood and custom clear plastic hood, very good chassis detail with separately molded front springs with shocks, front axle, brake backing plates, steering arm, tie rods, drive shaft, rear axle and springs and exhaust, choice of stock or racing wheels, complete interior and more. There are a vast number of custom parts on the trees that came with the kit but they are not mentioned in the instructions. Molded in white, clear, chrome and with rubber tires. The kit has never been started. The actual car has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. NOTE: missing clear display base that this issue came with. The box would grade better, but there are two large tape tears on the long box sides.

The Leander class was built between 1963 and 1965. The large 370 foot long frigates are equipped with Seacat AA Missiles, Limbo ASW mortar, two 4.5" guns and a Westland Wasp helicopter. Can also be used to build other vessels of the class since the decals are included for all three ships they are virtually identical. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions.

From about 1961. This is the first and only issue of this rare kit with United Airlines markings. The model is loaded with unique features. Model can be built as a large scale non-visible or visible model with full interior. Features one clear fuselage 1/2 and one clear engine cowl, complete passenger compartment and cockpit, mens/womens bathrooms, passengers, pilots and hostess, retracting landing gear, movable wing flaps, moving control surfaces, jet engine, boarding ramp and display stand. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. The actual decal transfers are flat and look fine besides the typical yellowing. Please see the article (on this website) about using and restoring older decals before using any older kit decals.

Rare kit from 1945. Solid wood scale kit with a 6 inch wingspan. Features balsa fuselage block, quality printwood wings and numerous other parts, fully formed wheels, cardboard template sheet, full color insignia sheet, sandpaper, blueprint plans and full instructions. Never started and complete. Cadet Aeronautics was a division of Winner Engineering Corporation, Trenton NJ. This line consisted of a P-40, P-51, Spitfire, Hellcat, P-47, Airacobra, Culver Model V, Aeronca Champion and Stinson Voyager 150 (numbered B-1 through B-9 respectively). Cadet also had a very popular line of ready-to-fly gliders such as the 'Stratobomber' and many others.

SALE!! First issue from 1956 with the one-year only Northern Lights logo. Art is by Jim Cox. A very nice model for that time that includes a pilot, ground display with chocks and a ground crew member as well. Molded in the correct gloss olive drab and black plastic. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts decals and instructions. Please note that the box displays 'near mint' or better but is graded 'excellent' because there is a 1 inch tape tear (from the factory tape) on the top long side. This kit is one of a very successful line of 1/48 WWI aircraft that Aurora launched in 1956. The line sold so well that new kits were added into the 1960s. Molded in the correct gloss olive drab green and black. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. Thanks to Eugene DuBey, we know some history on the aircraft that Aurora modeled. The tail # on the kit rudder is 1354, the number of a Nie 16 that served with "CAM de Dunquerke / St Pol sur Mer", 1916-17.
