Very rare and dated 1963. First and only Four-Star issue of this rare accessory for customizing and of Monogram's large 1/8 car kits or any other larger car kit. Includes beautifully chromed parts in mint condition, a flexible drive belt and excellent instructions. Never started and complete. The clear cellophane window on the back is in mint condition. In an attempt to make the superb but very expensive 1/8 car molds pay off, Monogram issued some parts separately as accessories for any larger car models. The entire line came out in 1963 and consisted of AK201-59 Six Carb Assembly, AK202-59 Oval Gas Tank, AK203-79 Drag Race Set, AK204-79 GMC Blower Set, AK205-79 Chrome Wheel Set, AK206-100 White Wall Drag Slicks and AK207-79 White Wall Tires. Sales were very weak because all of the 1/8 scale car kits were very expensive for that time, so and the line was discontinued.

Pocher made the finest automobile models ever created. The detail and working parts on this Rolls Royce long out-of-production kit are amazing. Pocher's Rolls Royce models were designed with the detail-conscious model kit builder in mind. This kit contains exact scale parts, with their technicians using the original design drawings to replicate items with the best accuracy possible. The majority of the parts are made from the same materials as the original Rolls Royce, using leather, brass, bronze, etc. To give an indication of the accuracy and the complexity of these Pocher models, this Phantom II kit contains 2199 parts with a functional items such as a steering wheel, brakes, headlights operated from the dash, open and closing roof, boot and hood. The kit has never been started. When you lift of the box lid, the internal box is still factory sealed with Pocher tape. It has never been opened.

Molded in white, clear, red-tinted clear, chrome plate and with rubber tires and metal axles & chassis screws. Never started. Inventoried with all car parts 100% complete and with instructions. NOTE: missing decals. The stock version has no tire burns but the custom version has a burn to a fender skirt and the rear filler panel. The box has heavy bug damage. While it is intact, it is not collectible. Hence the 'fair' rating.

Hard-to-find kit from from 1985 and the only large-scale kit made of the Iowa in this configuration. Has excellent detail and measures 30.5 inches long when assembled. Includes the modifications from 1984 such as Phalanx CISW mounts, eight Tomahawk cruise missile launchers, Seahawk helicopters with large landing pad, reduced number of secondary 5 inch turrets (to six), elimination of all 20mm and 40mm AA guns and more. Kit features a single-piece, full hull with full rudder and prop detail. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags. Nicely detailed and finely molded featuring complete cockpit and full interior with floor and benches, optional position boarding doors and stairs and more. the Horsa was perhaps the most advanced glider built during WWII. It had full instrumentation, power operated flaps and brakes and a powered device for jettisoning the landing gear upon touchdown. The Horsa MkI carrier troops while the MkII carried vehicles which loaded through the swing nose and unloaded from an explosively-released rear fuselage after landing. Gliders carried in 20% of the reinforcements and supplies for D-Day, and most were Horsas. They also saw action against the German Heavy Water (Atomic Bomb) plants in Norway and targets in Sicily, Arnhem and the Rhine.
