Builds a very accurate and highly detailed prototype of this Gas Electric that was used on branch lines and interurban service. Kit features completely detailed metal sides with all windows and doors cutout, cut and pre-milled hardwood roof and floor, wooden stock as needed, clear window material, cast metal car ends, roof vents, underside details, bolsters and more, metal ladders and grab irons, screws and metal stock as needed, metal doors with pre-cut windows, cast metal stairs, tanks, etc, window louvers, prism windows for bathrooms, diaphragms and more. The model has never been started. Most parts are still sealed in factory bags - those that were never sealed have been inventoried complete. Includes decals and full size plans/instructions. Very high quality wood and metal kit from the Golden Age of HO Craftsman kit. Builds a very accurate and highly detailed prototype of the 50' Wooden Reefer. Kit features pre-cut and pre-scribed hardwood sides that are factory painted and colored for 'Olde Frothingslosh' Beer, which has a unique history of its own. This beer started out in the 1950s as a fictional story on KDKA radio about 'the beer with the foam on the bottom'. DJ Rege Cordic's joke, however, grew a life of it's own. It was so popular that local breweries ask permission to bottle and label 'Old Frothingslosh' for the holidays. It was a hit, and the beer became an instant collectors item. Also includes pre-cut and milled floor and 'round' roof, other cut wood and stock as needed, metal underframes, doors, hatches, brake parts, bolsters, ladders and other metal details and more. The model has never been started. Most parts are still sealed in factory bags - those that were never sealed have been inventoried complete. Includes full size plans/instructions as well a the full story of Olde Frothingslosh Beer. Revell US Coast Guard Icebreaker Eastwind - 'S' Issue, 1/285, H337-149

Original hardbox issue from 1956 with classic boxart. Box is in investment grade 'Mint' condition. It has no more wear than if it were just removed from the original shipping box. Like most of Revell's older ship models, this one is well molded and well detailed. Features rotating turrets/elevating guns, helicopter pad with helicopter and full rigging instructions. Molded in correct white, wood brown, and butterscotch. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. The 269 U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Eastwind, a Polar Class Icebreaker was commissioned on June 3, 1944. This cutter served in the North Atlantic during World War II, and on ice breaking in the Arctic and Antarctic. She was decommissioned in 1968.

Jo Kotula box art. From quality Frog molds. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. Box art is by the famous Jo Kotula who did 1930s covers for the magazine 'Model Airplane News' and later the Aurora box art of the late 1950s. Air Lines kits are all Frog molds that the Lines Brothers imported to the USA between 1964-1966. The kits, decals and instructions were made in England, then imported to the USA where Testors created the boxes with the colorful trading cards on the back. There are one or two trading cards on each box which show the boxart but not the advertising/logo. Some kits contain a Testors color painting guide also, but it is not specific to any model.

Can be built 'stock' with RAAF decals or as a wild custom racing plane. This kit is from quality Airfix molds and is one of the MPC issues with custom decals and the unique clear modular display stand. Dates from the late 1960s/early 1970s. Note that this issue still has 'Craft Master' under the MPC logo. Before this, MPC was marketing Airfix kits under the Craftmaster name in the USA. This continued for several issues and was finally discontinued although MPC continued to distribute Airfix and their own models. The kit has never been started. 1964 'Newspaper' release of the classic 1956 kit. The box has as new color and gloss. James Cox, who did much of the early artwork for Aurora, created a timeless classic for this issue - this artwork was used well into the 1960s and possibly up till the final "Big A" logo boxes before Aurora's demise. Mr. Cox also did unique artwork for the early Aurora Catalogs as well. Molded in the correct metallic deep burgundy. The kit has never been started.
