Revell Sopwith Triplane, 1/72, H654-50

One-piece box issue dated 1966. This kit is part of Revell's incredibly successful line of 1/72 scale WWI aircraft that they began releasing in the early to mid 1960s. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions.

From 1967. Full-hull kit measures 1 foot long when assembled. Features propeller and rudder detail, molded deck planking, AA guns and an air wing of 6 F-8 Crusaders and 6 F4D Skyray fighters. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete including decals and instructions. Although the scale for this model is usually listed as 1/1560, I have listed it as 1/888 because according to the box top, the kit is 1 foot long and CV-47 was 888 feet long (One foot equals 888 feet).

ITC Dornier Do-X Flying Boat - (DoX), 1/156, 3721

Famous German Flying Boat of the 1930s. Dornier dreamed that this huge aircraft would become a trans-oceanic airliner. Passenger traveled in ocean-liner like luxury. A tour of South and North American was conducted, but orders never materialized due to excessive fuel consumption and a lack of power. The kit is molded in gloss gray and clear. It has never been started. Inventoried and NOTE: missing one propeller. Otherwise includes all other parts, decals and instructions. The box displays much better than 'poor' but NOTE: it is graded as such because the entire left short side panel is missing.

Rare Type 3 logo kit. The box is complete but has heavy wears, tape and split corners. But inside, it is like new. All parts are internally sealed. Complete with decals and instructions. Interesting kit contains RAF decals and has a matching scale Bristol Bloodhound Missile, launcher, transport truck and crew (with dog) included. C-130K kit is well detailed with movable control surfaces, opening cargo bay, full interior bay and cockpit detail, external fuel tanks, large display stand and rotating props.

Megow Seabird 19th Century Merchant Brig - 17.75 inch long Wooden Ship Model, G-16

From 1938. Megow was famous for their line of ship kits. This is one of the more expensive kits as it contains a hardwood (not balsa) precarved hull, several metal fittings and metal launch, three printed balsa sheets, rigging material, blocks and two very rare jars of Megow Paint. Includes full size plans, with sectional outlines and assembly instructions, rigging diagrams, complete color scheme, colorful flag sheet and two photos of the completed model. Several parts were rough cut from two printed sheets, but there is no assembly on the model and it is complete with all parts, metal fittings, rigging material, two jars of Megow paint (it may have came with three originally), flag sheet and plans. The 'Seabird' was a typical merchant brig out of Philadelphia used in the Pacific Trade, dating back to the middle of the 19th century.

Reissue of the original Pyro kit from the 1950s and a vast improvement. If you lamented the lack of chromed parts, clear windshield and rubber tires in the Pyro issue, here is the solution. This release has a large tree of chromed parts, rubber tires, clear windshield and decals including gauge faces; the original Pyro issue was molded in one color only (no chrome, no clear), had one-piece injection molded tires and rims and no decals. Features detailed engine, opening hood and 'good' interior detail. Molded in white, clear and chrome plated plastic and with rubber tires. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions.
