Late 1950s or early 1960s Post Cereal Premium manufactured by Lindberg. Post called this the "World Jet Airliners" Series and for one Raisin Bran or Grape Nuts box top and 25 cents you had your choice of a TWA Convair 880, Pan Am Boeing 707, Air France Caravelle, Russian Tu-104, British BOAC Comet or Douglas DC-8 Delta Airlines. These are all quality small scale kits with very good detail for that time, full landing gear, display stand and full color decals. Never started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and the correct Post instructions with additional kit order form.

Late 1950s hardbox issue with incredible Ray Gaedke artwork. The box has excellent color and gloss and four solid corners; corner and edge wear are the main flaws. Large 1/48 scale F-100 with movable rudder, elevators and ailerons, detailed ejection seat and pilot, full jet engine detail with opening engine access hatch and a load-out of two drop tanks and 8 missiles. Includes colorful decals for the box art aircraft. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete including decals and instructions.

1950s Cellovision issue with Ray Gaedke artwork, trading card and intact clear panel on the reverse side. This model has many operating features including detailed engines with removable cowls, retracting landing gear and movable control surfaces. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. Please NOTE that the left end flap is the opened flap and it is frayed as usual and heavily taped with masking tape. Lindberg is a company with a fascinating history The original 'Lindberg Line' stretches back to the 1930s when Paul Lindberg drew plans for famous modeling magazines and marketed his balsa wood 'stick and tissue' by urging dealers to carry the '...Complete Lindberg Line'. 1970s Life-Like issue from the original 1967 Pyro molds. In the early to mid 1960s the Pyro company chose many of their kit subjects based more on historical significance than popularity. Luckily for us, Pyro not only made these kits but did an excellent job for the time. This Pyro car model is based on the Model 30 that was on display in the Auto Aviation Museum in Cleveland, Ohio that Pyro engineers and designers had access to. Features detailed chassis, complete motor, removable hood, full interior and more. Molded in a bright red, gold/brass plastic (not plated), clear and with rubber tires. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes instructions.

NOTE: the box displays much better than the 'Fair++' rating, but is graded as such because there is white tape on 3 corners and someone cut the 2" x 1.5" monogram logo from the lower long side.

This is the 1994 reissue that duplicated the box art of the original issue exactly. This model is famous for it's many action features: the wings fold properly as on the real aircraft, landing gear retracts, bomb bay doors open and torpedo drops, machine gun rotates and elevates, and the prop and wheels turn.
