1960s Type Three logo issue. HMS Hotspur was a very active destroyer in WWII. She fought from the first battle of Narvik and survived WWII, being heavily damaged several times. Very nice kit with detailed chassis and fuel-injected Olds V-8 engine, opening hood, doors and trunk, steerable front wheels, full interior with competition bucket seats and roll cage, four Ansen Apollo chromed five-spoke mag wheels, two M&H slicks, two Pirelli front tires and more. Molded in a beautiful deep metallic red plastic, blue-tinted clear, chrome plate and with rubber tires. The kit has never been started. Features stunning artwork and great detail including full hull, complete props and rudder detail, transversing main turrets and secondary guns, elevating main guns, complete and detailed superstructure and deck fittings, color flags and decals. Never started and inventoried 100% complete with all parts and paperwork present. Toms and GMM have excellent PE detail sets designed for this model. This kit played a major roll in fund-raising for the USS Arizona memorial and Revell donated a sizable amount to the construction.

NOTE: the box top actually displays as "excellent+" or better but is graded lower than that due to some wear on the side panels, especially corner wear on the left side.

Beautiful full-hull model features 133 parts, finely engraved planking and plate detail, rotating main turrets and elevating guns, full secondary armament of 5", 1.1" and ten 5" casemate guns, complete deck fittings with searchlights, motor launches and whaleboats, range finders, ladders, cranes, masts and observations nests, two catapults with Vought O2U Biplanes, display stand and flags and decals for the ship and float planes. The box is in investment-grade 'near mint' condition with like-new color and gloss, four solid corners, no price tags or tag marks, no tape or tape marks (not even from factory sealing tape!), no fading and no litho damage. The only flaws are very slight wear. Features pilot and ejection seat, two piece canopy, optional fuselage rocket tray, full landing gear, two wing drop tanks and 8 wing mounted rockets. Molded in silver and clear and includes a display stand and very colorful decals for the box art aircraft Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, 'excellent++' condition decals and instructions. Lindberg is a company with a fascinating history The original 'Lindberg Line' stretches back to the 1930s when Paul Lindberg drew plans for famous modeling magazines and marketed his balsa wood 'stick and tissue' by urging dealers to carry the '...Complete Lindberg Line'. Revell Bell X-5 Research Aircraft With Stamp, 1/40, H187-129

First issue from 1960 with great hardbox artwork. The box is in investment-grade 'near mint' condition with like-new color and gloss, four solid corners, no tape or price tags, no marks from tape or tags, no missing litho and no creases or fading. The only falw is light corner wear. The model features variable sweep wings, retracting landing gear, detailed jet engine and movable control surfaces. Molded in white and clear and includes the famous Revel 'Globe' clear swivel base as well as a Master Modelers Stamp for this kit in 'excellent+' condition. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The X-5 was the first aircraft to change the angle of wing sweepback in flight, and paved the way for the legendary F-111 and F-14.

First issue hardbox dated 1959. This is part of the Monograms very famous quarter-scale World War II kit line which were considered the finest models made at that time. Features operating dive brakes, trigger released center bomb the swings down first to clear the prop arc, retracting and extending landing gear, rear machine gun elevates and rotates. Also includes figures of the pilot, gunner, armorer, LSO (landing signal officer), 4 bombs, bomb cart, and LSO wind screen. Molded in the correct dark navy blue, black and clear. This is a large 1/48 scale kit that was issued after Aurora purchased the molds from Helicopters for Industry. The kit has never been started.
