The Whip-Fly series seemed like a good idea...at first. Revell quickly realized that spinning heavily-ballasted, sharp objects at dizzying speeds in or outside the home near groups of children was not the best idea. The series was quickly discontinued.

Revell F-102A Delta Dagger With 14 Ground Accessories - 'S' Issue, 1/48, H282-298

Plastic Model Kit,   Box Condition: VG

$379

The F-102 is molded in silver and clear while the ground equipment is molded in bright yellow. There is currently no assembly but NOTE: at one time, two parts were assembled: the rear canopy was glued into the frame. However, it fell out. There is no glue on the areas of the canopy that show; there is only glue on the mating surfaces which do not show when assembled. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, both correct decal sheets and both sets of instructions present. Both instruction sets are in 'excellent' condition. Both decal sheets are perfectly flat, 100% intact and in 'very good++' condition with occasional, scattered age foxing on the backing sheet and very slight yellowing as the only flaws. NOTE: while all parts are present, the tiny axles are broken off of the missile trailer and missing. This is unfortunately common with this kit because they are incredibly small and fine. NOTE: the very top of the box displays 'Near Mint++" condition but is only rated 'Excellent++' because there is general wear and scuffing on the two long side panels. Please note that this kit must be shipped insured.
