Far and away the most accurate injection molded kit of this ship. The USS Lexington took part in many WWII battles in the Pacific. She was placed in the reserve fleet, but was modified into an angle-deck Essex like many of her sisters and recommissioned in 1955. This configuration is modeled upon the ship in late 1950s. Like all Renwal ships, the details are excellent and the moldings very fine. Includes Regulus I missiles and launchers, moving elevators, full hull, flag sheet, full color decals and an airwing with F9F-8 Cougars (wings folded and unfolded), A3D Skywarriors and Helicopters. Kit has never been started. NOTE: kit is missing two parts. #15 elevator guide and #54 yardarm. The elevator guide is simply a trimmed "U" channel, so it is easily made from stock shapes. The yard is easily made also. Complete with all other parts, decals, flags and instructions.

Large scale kit of the famous side-by-side trainer in a glossy box art issue. In 1950 Italy found itself with a resurgent air force and civil flying activity, but no basic trainer. License was obtained to build the Fokker S.11 Instructor trainer with a Lycoming 435-A engine. The aircraft was mass produced in Italy and Holland and was very successful. Civil aviation enthusiast still fly restored M.416s to this day. Never started. Factory sealed bag or inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions.
