Very rare scale kit that is likely from the 1940s. Very well detailed and engineered kit for that time. Features a all hardwood pre-cut and preassembled bread and butter style solid hull, heavy cardboard templates, numerous pre-carved and ready to use wooden parts, extensive cast metal fittings, four bar clear railings, precut wood and wood/metal stock as needed, two large sheets of full size plans with full instructions, a large photo of the finished model, sectional views for each deck and more. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete. Not much is known of Leddy Model Industries except that they were located in Watsonville, California. If you have any other information or have seen other kits, please email me. New: Leddy also made a US Army Amphibian Jeep, kit number A-60 in large scale (1 3/4" = 5"). There is also A-50 US Army Jeep that is labeled 'Leddy's Hobby Shop.'

1970s issue with the fourth type Airfix Logo. Part of the famous and collectible Sky King series by Airfix. Nicely detailed and molded kit. Features fine raised panel lines, recessed control surface lines, clear cockpit and cabin windows, separately molded cabin doors, detailed engine inlet and rear 'burner cans', optional position landing gear and full painting guide. Contains decals for three aircraft G-APFM, G-APFC and G-APFI. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete including decals and instructions. Box is poor due to something being stuck on it in the lower right as shown. The kit inside is in excellent condition.

Very highly detailed kit that measures 28.5 inches length overall when assembled. Features a completely pre-carved hull that needs final shaping and finishing only, a huge variety of brass and premium Britannia cast fittings down to portholes with clear inserts, scribed wood deck, other wood stock as needed including masts and yards, sail cloth, rigging material, a very thick instruction book and beautiful full size plans with detailed drawings. The kit has never been started. All of the small parts are still in factory sealed bags. From the 1908s. Large 1/144 scale kit. Nicely molded and detailed with optional position cabin and baggage storage doors, optional position landing gear and a very large, color decal sheet with full markings for BOAC. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete including decals and instructions. This collector stored his decals and instructions in a climate controlled environment. Please note that the instructions have three holes for a binder and the decal sheet was neatly cut so the decals could fit in a protective envelope. Only the blank backing paper is cut. None of the designs (transfers) are damaged.

When designed in 1950 the F-102 was a radical departure from conventional early jet fighter design. The delta wing allowed supersonic performance and good low speed handling. It was the first US Aircraft to be armed with missiles alone, 6 Falcons carried internally and 12 x 2.75 inch HVAR rockets in the weapons bay doors. The F-102 equipped all 25 of the ADC squadrons in the day, served in SE Asia and equipped many ANG units. Features opened or closed missile bay, full Falcon missile load, optional position landing gear and wing mounted drop tanks. Decals for an aircraft from the California Air National Guard. From original quality Heller molds. Nicely molded full hull kit with 101 parts, detailed deck fittings, vac sail sheet, rigging blocks, rigging diagram and more. The kit has never been started. Internal factory sealed bags including instructions. Sail sheet is in excellent condition. Heller issued this kit with a flag sheet - the Minicraft issues does not include it. This kit is scaled from authenticated plans supplied by the Madrid Naval Museum. It is an accurate reproduction of the caravels that were used extensively in 15th century exploration. The early African voyages of Columbus were made on this type of type, and Marco Polo undoubtedly started his famed trip to Cathay on a caravel of this type.
