Very, very rare original hardbox issue. Nicely molded and features full interior, molded-in underside detail, rubber wide-whitewall tires in 'near mint' condition, the four correct metal axles, four metal screws and numerous chrome parts. This is a very simple kit, you will not need the instructions.
Plastic Model Kit, Box Condition: Good+
Rare mid 1960 issue of this popular ocean liner that was broken up for scrap. Kit measures over 20 inches long when assembled and is nicely detailed for that time. Molded in white and clear. Never started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions.
Plastic Model Kit, Box Condition: Good-
Very rare. First and only issue from 1963; very shortly after this kit was issued, ITC discontinued all plastic kit production. Large 1/450 scale kit of one of the most beautiful ocean liners of all time. Features very good detail for the 1960s, full hull that is 24.75 inches long, 124 parts, 2 winged funnels, 3 anchors, 4 propellers, 2 launches, 20 lifeboats, 2 whaleboats, detailed mast, kingposts and superstructure. Inside, the model has never been started. The kit is molded in black (hull), red (funnels and fittings) and ivory (promenade and superstructure) to minimize painting (like in the ITC United States). Kit also includes a beautiful letter (with a color painting of the France on the letterhead) from Georges Croisile, the Commandant of the French Line, introducing the kit and welcoming you onboard the real France one day. The kit has never been started. The red parts are still sealed in the factory bags. The other parts had tears in the bags due to age, so I opened them and did an inventory - NOTE: missing one tiny part, a lifeboat davit. Otherwise inventoried with all other parts present. Decals, flag sheet and instructions are included.
Plastic Model Kit, Box Condition: Good
Large scale issue from the 1960s with fantastic Craftmaster artwork. The Great Western was the first ship specifically built for the Atlantic Ferry Service and was designed by I.K. Brunel (who designed the Great Eastern). When launched in 1837, she carried 120 first class, 20 second class, and beds could be set up for an additional 100 if needed. The crew was 60 men. The first crossing of the Atlantic Ocean was in April of 1838 and took just over 15 days. After crossing the Atlantic 64 times, she ran for 10 years between Southampton and the West Indies before being broken up in 1857. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete including all parts and instructions.
Plastic Model Kit, Box Condition: VG++
Aurora of Canada issue dated 1964. Still the only plastic kit of this venerable corporate workhorse. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. The Aero Commander was a state-of-the-art twin engine light transport from the early 1960s. It was built by Aero Design and Engineering Co. of Bethany, Oklahoma. It was the first twin engine aircraft to be used by the President of the United States and served in this capacity in the early 1960s. This high performance 5 to 7 place was popular with business travelers and had a range of 1,050 miles and a ceiling of 22,000 feet. The Aero Commander led to the Jet Commander, which became the IAI 1121 through 1124 Westwind business jets. Aero Commanders can still be seen at some airports in excellent condition, but many are neglected as newer aircraft are in favor.
Wood Model Kit, Box Condition: Sealed Mint
Still factory sealed and in mint condition. Rare, large-scale 30" version, not the smaller 18" one. A great performer when powered by a .15 to .35 engine or a modern electric motor. Features a precision vacuum formed plastic hull and cabin, accurately die-cut balsa and plywood parts, hardware package including R/C hardware, full size plans, decals for sport version or coast guard, instructions and more.
Wood Model Kit, Box Condition: Good-
Very, very rare- contains traces of the element 'unobtainium.' There is no internet or known auction history of one of these kits changing hands. Purchased new by a US Navy officer in about 1961 in Tokyo, Japan. He equipped himself nicely for a future R/C hobby upon his return to the states, but never built this kit. Features a large (1160 mm) wingspan and is specifically designed for R/C flight on a ".9 to 1.5" (sic) size gas engine (should be .09 to .15- AB). This was a deluxe and highly prefabricated kit for that time with very high quality wood parts, of which 90% or more are completely cut out with the part number stamped in ink on each one. Woods are hardwood, plywood and balsa. Many of the parts are still held together with the unique color-tinted clear tape from this era of Japanese modeling. Other cut and shaped parts are still sealed in a plastic bag with a 'Picnic' header. This kit has sheeted fuselage sides which are also completely cut out. There is a sealed bag of hardware, sealed balloon wheels, plenty of silkspan-style covering material, fully formed wire landing gear and of course a very large set of actual size plans that includes R/C equipment placement guides. The kit has never been started. Some parts are still in the factory sealed bags and others are still factory taped as they were at the factory. The loose parts have been inventoried all present. Includes plans.
Wood and Plastic Model Kit, Box Condition: VG
Very rare, and even rarer with the important fittings kit. This was Robbe's flagship model and was around $800 with the optional ship's fittings kit which is included. This full-scale model is designed for radio control operation with two props and rudders and provides great maneuverability even in rough water. The beautiful and huge hull is one piece molded ABS plastic and all other parts are pre-fabricated (die-cut) of wood and plastic. Includes hull, mast, funnel and small parts, die-cut decks, superstructure and crane parts, die-cut main frames and deck beams, clear glazing, double rudder system, R/C fitting set with tillers and pushrods, 35mm diameter screws, rubber rubbing strip, rails, anchor winch parts, optional fittings set and more. This example is never touched. It has not been started and all the parts are still exactly as the factory shipped them. The ones that were sealed are still sealed and the few that were not have been inventoried complete. With all plans/instructions. Unless you specify otherwise, this kit will be shipped in the huge and sturdy original box with paper covering the identification label and photo. If you choose to have it boxed again, extra shipping will apply. Please note, this may not ship to other countries who have size limited on postage because the box is 52.3 x 18.2 x 14.2 inches. Must be shipped insured.
Wood and Plastic Model Kit, Box Condition: Sealed Exc+

From 1949. Rare and especially in this condition- never started and complete. 'Shadow' is a beautiful, stable gas powered free-flight design featuring die-cut balsa parts, sheet balsa fuselage sides, fully formed landing gear, finished wheels, hardware, 'Sky-Sail' red colored covering tissue, die-cut plywood firewall and wing supports, clear window material, decals and superb full size plans that also include text building and flying instructions.
Plastic Model Kit, Box Condition: Good
NOTE: excellent builder kit ONLY. Not collectible. Please read carefully. This kit is complete but has some very neat assembly and painting done. Very large 1/8 scale model that measures 22 inches long when assembled. Nicely detailed and well molded featuring complete 327 CID Fuel Injection engine and detailed engine compartment, opening hood, exhaust, suspension and chassis detail, steerable front wheels, complete interior, headlights that open and close and more. Molded in beautiful bright gloss red, black, clear and chrome and with real rubber tires. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions present. The kit has had the following very neat sub-assemblies built. The quality of the build and paint is in parenthesis with the build quality first. The format is (build quality/paint quality): Engine built and put into frame (professional/near mint), battery and overflow tank (pro/near mint), air intake assembly and radiator assembly (pro/near mint), some front suspension parts and steering box (pro/near mint), master cylinder built and painted but not installed (near mint/excellent+). There is no other assembly. There is other painting as described: minor interior trim (pro to 'very good'- which is only because it needs a second coat. There is just one thin coat), WSWiper blades (pro), front and rear windshield reveal molding and vent window frames, all on the body (pro to excellent++), black weatherstrip around those (excellent to only 'good'). I did not see any other paint but there could be other minor parts painted.

Plastic Model Kit, Box Condition: VG
An incredibly rare, documented, one-of-a-kind piece of history in amazing investment-grade collector condition. For the very advanced collector of unique military history and model kits. This Revell Factory Model was originally owned by Mrs. Esther Ross Wassell, who earlier was Miss Esther Ross who christened the USS Arizona in New York on June 19, 1915. She went on to play a very key role in the creation of the USS Arizona Memorial. Thanks to newspaper reports, we know that her father, William Ross, was a prominent pharmacist in Prescott, Arizona. He and his friends convinced Gov. Hunt to choose his daughter from the other 100 applicants anxious to do the honors. It turned out to be a wise choice reasons no one could foresee. Miss Ross took the task of launching the world's most powerful battleship very seriously. She practiced her duties every day after school for months, smashing syrup bottles full of water against a fence behind the house. Miss Ross was popular and well respected in Prescott. Even the Associated Press reported that she "was one of the prettiest girls in the state." A special train took Gov. Hunt, Miss Ross, her family and others to New York for the event. Although the applause for the then unpopular Gov. Hunt, the cheering for Miss Ross was "heard for miles." Page 1 of the Prescott Journal Miner, June 20th, 1915, reported that at the Brooklyn Navy Yard Miss Ross cried "I dub thee Arizona," and "Not a hitch or sign of accident marred the success of the launching." "This is the proudest moment of my life," she stated, "and I am most intensely gratified at the magnificent demonstration that my friends and the city of Prescott has given me." Sometime after the launching ceremony, Miss Ross married Mr. Arthur Wassell and became Mrs. Esther Ross Wassell. She saw the horror of World War II and the disaster of the Arizona touched her deeply. After the war, she joined the drive to create a memorial over the ship to the 1177 sailors entombed in her. She joined the Arizona Memorial Committee which raised all the funds needed to build the Arizona Memorial. She served on the staff and toured the USA giving numerous media interviews and key speeches for the fund raising. Out of gratitude, the USS Arizona Memorial Committee ordered a special Revell Factory Display USS Arizona for her. It came with two specially affixed small Fleet Reserve and Arizona Committee signs (shown in the photos) on the right side; these special markings are only found on the rare "appreciation gift" factory displays from the Arizona Memorial Committee members to important fundraisers. The model was shipped to her in Los Angeles. You can see the original "Arizona Memorial Committee" mailing label that has her full name and address, documenting that it was her model. Esther treasured this gift and kept it in remarkable and very complete condition. Included is the original shipping box in "very good++" condition with all the original shipping tape, all the original internal special cardboard packing material, the model ship in exceptional condition, the cardboard display base(complete but with small tears and very light wear as shown), the colorful backdrop (with wear and slight tears as shown, missing one lower tab), the original display assembly instructions and even an original fund raising card from the Arizona memorial campaign. This display, box and all materials were always in a climate controlled environment. The colors on the cardboard display are in stunning, factory-new condition. The instructions for the display are 'excellent.' The ship is 100% complete and the factory paint is in exceptional condition. Even the factory rigging and all flags are intact. There is very little dust on the ship; it appears to be in 'not displayed' condition; but I know it was displayed for a short time because of the small tears and one tab on the cardboard display backdrop (see photos), which were probably due to putting it up and taking it down. I have only found one repair; the jackstaff broke and was neatly repaired at some point. The factory shipping box still has all the original tape and very little wear for that age. The original Arizona Memorial Committee shipping label is in 'very good' shape. Due to it being on the bottom of the shipping box, it does have some wear, but all the writing can be clearly read with slight magnification. This piece passed to Esther's daughter, who gave it to a friend who then gave it to another friend. The later friend is wife to an OMK customer, who sold me the model. This kit must be shipped insured and I may require it shipped by special courier.

Very large 1/15 scale kit from quality Imai/Bandai molds. R/C capable (see below). Features excellent suspension detail, opening inspection and crew hatches, individually molded track links and more. Some parts are still in the factory sealed bags. Parts that are not sealed have been inventoried complete. Includes decals and instructions. Please NOTE that one small part (a horn or headlight) is a different color plastic. It is from the earlier Imai issue of this same kit. This model is R/C capable because Imai originally designed it for motorized operation. Entex did not include those parts, however; you would need to provide them.
Plastic Model Kit, Box Condition: VG
Old hobby shop stock that has never been up for retail sale. Very rare kit dated 1957; first and only issue. Very nice, large-scale model for that time with a fully operational mobile operations trailer. The aircraft is molded in gloss silver & clear while the trailer/launcher is bright yellow. The kit has never been started. When you open the box, it is exactly as it left the factory down to the packing tissue paper. The silver parts (aircraft) are still in the factory sealed bag. The yellow parts and clear canopy were never factory sealed and are inventoried complete. Includes 'excellent' condition decals and instructions. The box grades 'very good' which is rare for this kit. The red color is in unusually good shape, which is rare; as you may know, it usually ages poorly. The colors are bright and vibrant, all four corners are solid with no repairs, there is no fading, no tape, no price tags and no stains. Flaws include edge wear as shown and 3 small litho chips as well as creases visible at the lower left corner and center right. Although not perfect, it is one of the best I have seen.
