From 1983. NOTE: builder only, please read carefully. Hard to find version of the famous record holding civil aircraft. Formerly a Canadian Starfighter, Darryl Greenmyer bought the aircraft and tried for the new low altitude closed circuit speed record. His first attempt was successful but not 'legal' - the ground monitoring equipment had failed. The second run was successful also, but the aircraft was destroyed. NOTE: this kit has minor and 'professional' quality sub assembly - the two exhaust parts are assembled and the intake fences are glued to the cockpit halves. There is no other assembly and zero painting. Inventoried and NOTE: missing cockpit tub and control stick. Otherwise includes all other parts, large and 'near mint' condition decals and instructions.

Life-Like HMS Bounty Famous Mutiny Ship, 09250

The famous mutiny ship of Captain Bligh and Fletcher Christian fame. About 8" inches long when assembled. Nicely detailed medium-size kit from Pyro's line of sailing ships. The medium models were originally called the '$1.00' ship line, which were a significant step up in size and detail from the '50 cent' series. Features wood planking and grain detail, full deck with many separately molded fittings and cannon, one piece masts, separately molded ratlines and billowing sails as well as a display stand. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes instructions.

Airfix Bristol Superfreighter, 1/72, 05002-1

Nicely molded and detailed kit. Features opening and closing clamshell nose cargo doors, good cockpit detail, crew of two, moving ailerons, elevator and rudder and front loading ramp. NOTE: this kit has minor, 'professional' quality subassembly as follows: cockpit tub assembled; spinners to props; wing 1/2 assembled and nacelles to wing halves. There is no other assembly. Inventoried with all parts present and includes decals and instructions. Superfreighter was an improved version of the Bristol Freighter. It was designed in 1952 and entered service in 1953 with Silver City Airways. Superfreighter's ease of maintenance, rugged design and ability to carry large loads made it immediately successful with the RAF and eight other air forces around the worlds, as well as with several airlines. Channel Air Bridge even operated a car ferry service across the channel.

Great builder kit dated 1991 and made from the original Aurora molds. Molded in a really cool glow in the dark plastic and also glows with a black light. In 1977 Monogram purchased the Aurora molds. Monogram only reissued the best and most commercially viable models. this monster and others were issued in 1991, probably after re-negotiating the license agreement with Universal as hinted on the box side. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes instructions.

LTD PZL P-11c Lt. Gnys - (P11), 1/48, 9803

Limited production kit. Includes markings for three aircraft, including Lt. Gnys of 121 Sq Krakow on September 1, 1939. Gnys scored the first Allied victories of WWII when he shot down two Do-17Es near Krakow. The other two markings are No 112 Sq Warsaw and No 113 Sq Warsaw. Never started. Factory sealed bag with decals and instructions present.

Armament was one 20mm cannon and two machine guns in front and one turret mounted machine gun facing aft. Bomb load was 6 to 8 50 kg bombs. Never started. Nice kit of the legendary Pan Am Flying Boat. This model is a limited run from the ex-Strombecker molds, which were very nicely detailed for that time. Includes extensive decals for NC14715, NC14714 or NC14716 (China Clipper, Hawaii Clipper and Philippine Clipper). Paint guide shows regular Pan Am colors or wartime camouflage. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes very colorful decals and instructions. These flying boats established routes to China in the late 1930s. Those who could afford to fly them did so in luxury that is unheard of in air travel today.
