The 3rd issue of the classic 'Four Star' Kit dated 1967. Features retracting landing gear, rotating wheels & props, three man crew, optional position door and two survivors with life raft. Molded in silver and clear. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The Albatross was the primary sea rescue aircraft of the Aerospace Rescue and Recovery Service, a branch of MAC - Military Airlift Command. Operational service began in 1947 and Hu-16s saw wartime action in Vietnam.

Still factory 'round tape' sealed. SALE! 1990 issue containing both big scale kits. The UH-1D is from the 1967 molds. It features a 18 inch rotor span, detailed Lycoming T53 Jet Engine with removable cowling, highly detailed interior and cockpit with opening cabin doors and moving rotors. Includes pilot and gunner figure. The OH-6 is well molded with fine raised details, complete cockpit and compartment, pilot figure and working main and tail rotors.

Revell US Navy Sea Shadow Stealth Ship, 1/144, 5107

Still factory sealed. From 1996. Out of production kit of the navy Stealth Test Ship. Built between 1983 and 1985, the Sea Shadow was just over 49 meters long and could achieve 15 knots with a diesel-electric power plant. For years the Navy tested the Sea Shadow off the California coast but only at night. Testing centered around stealth characteristics, steering, automation and sea worthiness. The ship was not revealed to the public until April 11, 1993.

1984 issue. The Z1 was placed into service in 1958 for the West German Navy. Good detail on this larger scale kit that measures over 37 cm long when assembled. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions.

Revell U-99 German U-Boat (Type VIIB) WWII, 1/125, H408

Large-scale kit dated 1976 but is a later issue than that. Measures over 20 inches long when assembled. Features engraved hull detail, two rudders and propellers, 'torpedo' display stand, detailed conning tower with periscopes, hatches and railings, 88mm deck gun, 20mm AA gun and more. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. NOTE: the decals are intact and clean, but the box has suffered moisture damage; the decals may have also. U-99 was one of the most active and successful early boats under the command of Otto Kretschmer. She survived 7 active patrols but was sunk on the 8th patrol on March 17, 1941. 40 of the crew survived the sinking, including Kretschmer, who accounted for the greatest tonnage of shipping sunk by any commander in WWII.
