Rare 1950s original issue; not a common reissue. Fantastic first issue 'Blueprint' hardbox artwork and a highly detailed kit featuring 11 parts, combat crew of three, working treads, some interior detail, opening hatches and covers and more. Never started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The Ontos was a unique vehicle. Ontos is a Greek word for 'The Thing' and the vehicles lives up to that. Developed along a new concept in mobile warfare, the Ontos has little defense other than movement but a very powerful offensive punch. It carries six 106mm recoilless rifles and .50 caliber spotting rifles. The firing sequence went like this: the crew of three would get out and hand-load the six large guns. Then the Ontos would quickly move towards the target. Once sited, the gunner would file the .50 caliber spotting rifle. This gun fired a different cartridge, a special low velocity round that matched the trajectory of the 106mm. The spotting round was very accurate and made a visible flash on striking the target. Then he could fire a full salvo of 6 or in steps of two. The 8.5 ton vehicle would then speed away, moving to a safe location to reload.

This is the Revell 2012 reissue using the original Renwal artwork of Hawk in action shooting down a four engine bomber. The kit is from the original, well-detailed molds and features 103 pieces, three removable missiles and a detailed launch trailer that elevates & rotates the missiles, complete radar trailer with rotating and tilting radar housings, crew of four and more. Never started and the parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions.

2013 Revell reissue from the original 1950s molds. Includes the original classic box art showing the Nike Ajax blowing up what appears to be a B-17 over an American city. This was an excellent model for that time featuring operating launcher that is made to hook to other Ajax models to create an entire battery. Never started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions.

Still factory sealed but the seal has split and drawn the box concave. This is one of Renewal's famous Aeroskin kits, and a rare large one in 1/48. Features markings for the aircraft of "High Hat Squadron", VF-1B commander Seligman aboard the USS Saratoga in the early 1930s. The model has an injection molded inner structure of ribs and stringers like a real aircraft, then the modeler covers it with provided authentic pre-colored Aeroskin fabric. There is little painting needed as elaborate finishes are printed directly on the Aeroskin covering. This results a very realistic and colorful model.

This is one of Renewal's famous Aeroskin kits in a rare 1/48 release that features markings for the aircraft of the famous Lanoe Hawker and very realistic artwork of the last moments of Lanoe's final battle with the Red Baron. The model has an injection molded inner structure of ribs and stringers like a real aircraft, then the modeler covers it with provided authentic pre-colored Aeroskin fabric. There is no painting needed as elaborate finishes are printed directly on the Aeroskin covering. This results a very realistic and colorful model. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes Aeroskin and instructions. Aeroskin is in superb 'near mint' condition. There is no glue included, but any brush-one liquid cement (like Tamiya) will work for attaching the Aeroskin to the plastic parts.

Hardbox issue from the late 1950s. This is far and away the most accurate injection molded kit of this ship in the early angled deck configuration. The USS Lexington took part in many WWII battles in the Pacific. She was placed in the reserve fleet, but was then modified into an angle-deck Essex like many of her sisters and recommissioned in 1955. This configuration is modeled upon the ship in late 1950s. Like all Renwal ships, the details are excellent and the moldings very fine. Includes Regulus I missiles and launchers, moving elevators, full hull, flag sheet, full color decals and an air wing with F9F-8 Cougars (wings folded and unfolded), A3D Skywarriors and Helicopters. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete including all parts, decals and instructions. NOTE: one helicopter rotor blade is broken off but present for repair. A few horizontal stabilizer fins are broken off the F9F-8 Cougars but are also present for repair.

Rare 1950s early issue with the best mold quality. This is well detailed and rare kit of the 512 foot-long large destroyer designed for anti-air and ASW duties. It features full rudder and propeller detail, excellent superstructure, separately molded main guns, 40mm mounts & 20mm cannon, twin Terrier missile launcher and all guidance and tracking units, ship's boat, life rafts and more. Includes a display stand and decals with hull number, draft markings and stern name. With display stand. Never started and inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals, color flag sheet and instructions. The decals have light bug damage to the backing paper only; the actual transfers have no damage.

Very rare original issue and extremely hard-to-find in factory sealed condition. This is the late 1950s issue and not the common modern reissue. The box top says 'Fully Operating Model Does Everything But Fire' and it is true. The model consists of over 300 parts and has many action features typical of Renwal models. The wheels roll, tractors can be hooked to the cannon which can be stowed in the 'travel' position. The gun can move into the 'fire' position off the tractors and can be realistically trained.

Fantastic kit from the 1950s in an 'excellent' condition box. The classic artwork shows the Nike Ajax blowing up what appears to be a B-17 over an American city. Judging from the fiery blast from the launching Ajax in the background, these two ground crew may not make it away from this missile in time. This is an excellent model for that time that still rates well today. It features detailed missile with separating states, operating control surfaces, operating launcher and more. The launcher is designed to connect other models to form an entire Nike Ajax Battery for the ultimate diorama. Molded in olive drab and white. The model has never been started. The white plastic parts and decals are still factory sealed; the olive drab parts were never sealed and have been inventoried complete and includes decals and instructions.
