2nd issue of this kit with the "Blue Box" dated 1967. Very highly detailed. The kit has many action features: When you pull the prop outward and rotate it CCW, the landing gear retracts. Pull it outward and rotate it CW, and the gear extends. Push the prop in, and it freewheels as normal. Kit features a movable control surfaces, highly detailed cockpit, full decals, sliding canopy and instructions for rigging. Never started. 100% inventoried complete with all parts/decals and instructions present. Two wing supports struts have broken cleanly from the cowl but are included.

Features rotating turrets/elevating guns, helicopter pad with helicopter and full rigging instructions. Molded in correct white, wood brown, and butterscotch. Never started. Factory sealed bag or inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. The 269' U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Eastwind, a Polar Class Icebreaker was commissioned on June 3, 1944. This cutter served in the North Atlantic during World War II, and on ice breaking in the Arctic and Antarctic. She was decommissioned in 1968.
