Rare Airfix Japan issue. The Mauretania and her sister Lusitania were considered the finest and most beautiful ships of the day, both inside and out. Launched in 1907, she quickly won the Blue Riband from the 'Kaiser Wilhelm II' for the fastest Atlantic crossing. For more than 22 years she was the Queen of the Atlantic liners. She saw extensive service in WWI as an armed cruiser, transport and hospital ship. In 1922 she was converted from coal to oil and set another record in 1931 when she crossed the Atlantic 4 times in one month. Sadly, she was scrapped in 1935 as the Queen Mary neared completion. Never started. Factory sealed internal bag with decals and instructions.

The Buccaneer was the world's first purpose designed low level 'below the radar' bomber. Low level strike aircraft have a shorter airframe life limit due to the stresses of low level flying, so the Buccaneer was designed to be very strong and even had many sub-assemblies milled from solid metal. Kit features opening unique rotating bomb bay, folding wings and working arresting hook. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. NOTE: two small parts are a different color plastic; they are from an earlier issue of this same kit. NOTE: the instruction are from the Craftmaster issue (same kit, different logo).
