Desirable hardbox issue from 1963. The box is in exceptional 'near mint' condition. The only flaw is light corner wear - the box is also free of all tape and price tags as well as tape and tag marks. Classic and very popular Aurora USA knight kit from the original molds. Large 1/8 scale kit is molded gloss black and has the original white plume. The kit has never been started, and is inventoried complete with all parts, plume and excellent instructions. In the mid 1950s, Aurora bought three 'Knight' molds from Crown Plastics and issued them as K1, K2 and K3. These were the very first Aurora figure kits and they sported the 1956-only rectangular 'Northern Lights' logo with the correct 'Crown Line' logo inside it. The sales success of the Knight prompted Aurora to launch an entire line of figure kits. The knights themselves stayed in production long after many other figures were discontinued.

From the mid to late 1930s. New old stock from a closed down hobby shop. Because they are in 'new' condition, the end flaps and tabs are in great condition with no tears or rips. I was the first one to open them and did so very carefully to avoid all damage. Features 15 inch wingspan, quality balsa printwood and wood stock, fully carved hardwood wheels, partially carved prop blank (needs sanding), balsa blocks as required, covering tissue and detailed, full size plans that include instructions. Still factory sealed but the seal has a split on the bottom tray. 1973 Mattel/Monogram release of this great large-scale model. Rare box art variation has the model facing to the right; usually it is facing to the left. Features opening doors, full interior, removable cowling, engine detail and two hunting figures (including politically incorrect dead mountain lion). Monogram lists a cardboard diorama for use with this kit (and another for the Cessna 180). This was advertised in the old four star kit box for a short time. Well detailed kit with full motor, removable hood, detailed suspension, rubber wheels, complete interior, jerry can, rifle, machine gun, civil top and tail gate and more. Never started. All the parts that were factory sealed are still in the factory sealed bags; the parts that were never factory sealed (chrome, clear, tires) have been inventoried complete with decals and instructions. Chrome and instructions are all in 'near mint' to 'mint' condition. Please NOTE that the actual decal transfers are intact but the backing paper has bug damage.
