1958 first issue hardbox featuring some of my favorite 'S' box artwork. Correct, original issue molded in three colors. Not a reproduction. Box has excellent color and gloss, four solid corners, no repairs and no tape or price stickers marks (with the exception of the short factory sealing tape on the sides). However, there is plenty of general light wear as shown. This kit is loaded with working features typical of kits at the time. The entire gantry tower folds back and moves on railroad base, the elevator moves to the four different work platforms and the Explorer Satellite can be removed from the Jupiter rocket. Includes crew of 7. Inside, the kit has never been started. Parts are molded in red, medium gray and white. Carefully inventoried and 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions.

Still the only 1/32 scale kit of the last and fastest production Spitfire. Cleanly molded with recessed panel lines. Features full cockpit, detailed Griffon engine with removable panels, sliding canopy and decals for RAF 80 Squadron Kai Tak Hong Kong 1950, Royal Egyptian Air Force and 603 'City of Edinburgh Squadron 1950. NOTE: this kit has minor painting. The interior surfaces have been airbrushed green and the landing gear struts/radiator faces a dark silver. Quality of the work is excellent. Second release dated 1956 with 'PB' instead of 'P' part number. Very nicely detailed, realistic miniature of a large auxiliary cruising sloop. Measures 12 inches long and 17.5 inches high (without stand) when assembled. Features sails decorated with lines that represent sewn seams, deck cabin and all deck fittings, full rigging instructions and diagrams, crew of three and anchor display stand. Includes flexible sails; later versions had vacuformed sales. The instructions state that you can sail this model if you add sufficient weight to the keel. Molded in light blue and dark wood tan. Never started. Inventoried complete with all parts and instructions present. NOTE: box would grade higher but it has faint staining on the upper right and adjacent long side.

Hard to find Coast Guard version in one of two box variations for this issue. Features retracting landing gear, rotating wheels/props, three man crew, optional position door and two survivors in life rafts. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete including decals and instructions. NOTE: Box is 'poor' because both short side panels are missing. The Albatross was the primary sea rescue aircraft of the Aerospace Rescue and Recovery Service, a branch of MAC - Military Airlift Command. Operational service began in 1947 and Hu-16s saw wartime action in Vietnam. Many finished their careers in the Coast Guard.

For the advanced Lindberg collector. Mint in the box; never removed from the cardboard presentation piece. Still held in by the factory band. Rare Lindberg 1/32 slot car from the 1960s. Beautifully assembled and painted from the factory. The car is mint with no broken parts, factory fresh paint and mint cardboard presentation piece. The upper and lower clear plastic covers are in exceptional condition with no cracks and few scratches. Features special high speed armature motor with high speed metal bearings for efficient performance, Delrin wheel bearings and gears, steel axle, rubber tires and a steerable front end. This piece came to me from the family that owned Lindberg during the Craft House era.

This is one of Renewal's famous Aeroskin kits, and a rare large one in 1/48. Features the colorful aircraft of Capt. Rickenbacker. The model has an injection molded inner structure of ribs and stringers like a real aircraft, then the modeler covers it with provided authentic pre-colored Aeroskin fabric. There is no painting needed as elaborate finishes are printed directly on the Aeroskin covering. This results a very realistic and colorful model. Never started.
