Unusual 1973 issue and a nice model of the Navy B-24. Has many action features: landing gear retracts and extends, control surfaces move, guns elevate and turrets rotate, wheels and props spin, flaps extend/retract, 4 crew and has optional position side gunner's position (open or closed). The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. NOTE: two prop retainers are a different color of plastic; they are from an earlier issue of the same kit.

SALE!! Unusual brass-plated original issue Palmer kit. Subsequent issues were not brass plated. Kit features moving barrel, tool chest and moving wheels. Molded in dark gray and brass plate. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete including instructions. Palmer made a range of five field gun kits which included the Gatling Gun, Civil War Field Piece, Revolutionary War Cannon, Naval Cannon and 75mm World War I Artillery Piece. The original issues contained brass plated parts and chain or rope as necessary. The economy line was issued without brass plating or chain. Finally, there was a deluxe series that included extra parts such as limbers, carriers and caisson. Life-Like eventually purchased the molds and reissued the line in the mid to late 1970s, and Encore reissued some of them in 1993.

Nicely molded vac kit with injection molded and metal details and reference material. First issue dated 1964 in the correct hardbox. This model is part of a very popular and successful line of 1/48 World War II aircraft that Monogram released through the 1960s. Very nicely molded and detailed model in the best Monogram tradition with very fine raised panel detail, full cockpit, optional position landing gear, optional full or open canopy, pilot, belly tank and working landing flaps. Contains decals for USAF, RAF and AVG Flying Tigers (Chinese). The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. There are tiny specks on the decal backing paper but the actual transfers are clear and clean.
