The amazing 'Fire Fighter' was built in the 1930s as the last word in maritime harbor fire fighting. She served with distinction with the New York City Fire Department from 1938 through 2020. She and her crew fought more than 50 major fires including SS Normandie in 1942, SS El Estero in 1943, 1973 SS Sea Witch & Esso Brussels in 2001 and many dozens of others. Today she is a museum ship restored to fully operating condition.

1960 'S' issue with fantastic box artwork. Revell brought new life to the original F-104 molds by including four then-new AIM-9 Sidewinder missiles, missile ground trailer and ground crew. The box has like-new color and gloss, four solid corners and no tape or price tags or residue; this box even skipped the original factory sealing tape machine! There is light edge wear, a short 3/4 inch crease (not even visible in the photo) and a very small 'ding' on the right short side. Never started and inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions.

From the original Monogram molds and an excellent model featuring a pilot figure, 'good' cockpit, optional position canopy, drop tank, bomb and missile loadout, full landing gear and more. There is a full paint guide and decals for two aircraft; one of them is the very colorful red-and-white striped one on the box art and all of the striping is included on the decal sheet. The instructions have some bug damage but nothing that would interfere with using them for assembly.
