The X-5 was the first aircraft to change the angle of wing sweepback in flight, and paved the way for the legendary F-111 and F-14. Rare first issue hardbox from 1958. Not the 1990s reissue. Features a detailed, two-stage Aerobee-Hi missile with separating stages, firing arm with working piston and cylinder, trailer with movable wheels & tow bar, detailed crew figures and more. Molded in the correct gloss gray and white. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions present. The decals and instructions are both flat and in 'excellent+' condition. The actual top of the box (the section shown in the photo) is in 'near mint+' condition; however, the overall box is graded 'excellent++' because there there is residue from two short pieces of non-factory tape at the center of both long sides and edge wear on the lower side edges.

1969 Jet Commando issue. This is a reissue (possibly the last) of the original S kit from the 1950s. Features optional position landing gear and wing tips, VF-11 markings and four AIM-9 Sidewinder missiles. Never started and inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The box displays better than the 'good+' rating but it graded as such because there is tape residue on the right short box side.

This is the 2003 reissue of the famous Monogram Classic 'Big Deuce' kit from the 1960s. Features over 278 pieces, a rolling chassis build just like the actual car, complete suspension & exhaust, small block V-8 engine with 6 carbs and numerous chrome accessories, fantastic detail down to plug wires, fuel lines & radiator hoses, working steering, full interior, opening doors, rolled and pleated seats, tilting windshield, optional soft top with detailed frame, opening trunk and much, much more. Includes additional parts for more customizing. Molded in red, white, clear & chrome plated plastic and with rubber tires. The kit has never been started. Original first issue 'Pre-S' kit from 1954 and before the 'S' Cement logo was used. The hardbox sports the amazing 'Flying Dragon' artwork by Richard Kishady. The model features rotating turrets and propellers, pilot, copilot and bomber figures, full landing gear and 'The Flying Dragon' decals. Correctly molded in gloss olive drab and clear and includes the famous Revell Swivel 'Globe' base. Never started and inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions present. Both the decals and instructions are in 'excellent' condition. The box has perfect color & gloss & four solid corners; it displays slightly better than the 'very good+' rating but it is graded at such because it has very light age spots; you can see them in the white of the logo and the center-top green & yellow sky sections.

1954 Pre-S hardbox second issue. The box has factory-new color and gloss, four solid original corners, no price tags or tag marks, no tape or tape marks (other than the original factory tape) and no fading, stains or tears. It does have a crease at the upper right corner as shown and it continues down the right short side panel. In the box, this is the second issue of this classic kit and has the correct 4 piece stand (base, arm, arm clamp and metal ring) and revised instructions. Molded in the correct silver and clear. Never started. Inside, it is exactly as it left the factory. The small parts are still in the clear factory sealed bag. The large parts that were never sealed have been inventoried complete with all parts, decals and instructions present. Both instructions and decals are in 'excellent++' condition with the normal age yellowing as the only significant flaws.

1954/55 Pre-S issue with the fantastic artwork of a DC-7 at the moment just before touchdown. The box is in brilliant, investment grade 'Near Mint' condition with perfect color and gloss. Please note, this is the true first issue with the one-piece plastic stand arm and instructions that illustrate this. The one-piece stand arm was fragile and broke easily; Very few were made as Revell quickly corrected this weakness. The second issues has two plastic parts on the stand arm. Correctly molded in gloss silver and clear and a large, colorful decal sheet. Inside, the kit is factory new. All small parts are still sealed in the factory bag, while the larger parts that were never sealed have been inventoried complete. Includes decals and instructions. Instructions are 'Near Mint++' condition with the detailed American Airlines route map on the back. Decals are perfectly flat, 100% intact and in 'excellent' condition with the typical yellowing as the only flaw.
