Still factory sealed. First issue from 1967 with Boeing prototype markings. The kit contains two large 18 inch long SSTs, one in landing and one in cruise configuration. The Boeing SST modeled here is the second (2707-200) variant which still had the swing-wing design which proved impractical in this aircraft. The damaging effects of sonic booms over population centers ultimately contributed to the cancellation of the project.

Earlier issue dated 1969. This is one of Revell's more famous 1/32 aircraft kits and during development they had full access to the Stuka at the Chicago Museum of Science and Industry. The model features a complete Junkers Jumo engine, removable cowling, detailed cockpit and gunners station, sliding canopy, rotating propeller & wheels, bomb load and more. NOTE: this kit has very minor sub-assembly done to 'professional' quality as follows: engine halves; rear seat and control stick to floor. There is no other assembly and zero painting. Inventoried and NOTE: missing elevator brace; otherwise complete with all other parts, decals and instructions.

1961 hardbox issue with frameable artwork that looks like it is on canvas thanks to the textured box top. This is a wonderful kit as it is the same molds as the 'S' issue, so it makes an ideal builder also. Features movable vertical fin and dive brakes, removable rocket engine, hinged landing skids and removable canopy. Please note that the fold out X-15 History and Flight profile brochure is included. This issue contains decals for Air Force / NASA and has optional parts for the 'blunt' nose or pitot probe nose. Never started. All parts and paperwork are still in the clear factory sealed bag. Rare original issue 1958 'S' kit that is in 'excellent' condition. The colors and gloss as are new and the box has four solid corners, no repairs, no tape (other than the factory sealing tape, of course), no stains and no missing litho. Flaws include light, general wear as shown and light corner & edge wear. This model represents the first test Regulus II with landing gear; Vought did this to the prototype and test missiles to save significant money in the testing phases. Very nicely molded in a beautiful deep gloss blue and with very good detail down to the gear well interiors. Includes display 'runway' base. Never started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. Decals and instructions are both 'excellent' with typical light age yellowing a the only real flaw.
