1958 first issue in beautiful 'Excellent+++' condition. Not the common 1960s version or a 1990s reissue. The box has stunning color and gloss, four solid corners, no repairs, no fading or stains, no creasing and no tape & tape marks other than the factory sealing tape. Very, very light general wear is the only only flaw and a tiny spec of white at the center left as shown. Highly detailed for that time and features swiveling & rotating gun barrel with recoil action, rotating wheels with rubber tires, trails that fold inward for towing, 4 G.I. figures, shell casings, projectiles, shell crate and more. Includes a detailed 'battle-ground' base. Never started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions.

Rare original hardbox issue from 1958 in a beautiful 'Excellent++' condition box; this is not the common 1995 softbox reissue. Aurora had set the bar high for early armor kits; Revell had to better that and they did. This model features fine surface detail, flexible working treads, rotating turret, elevating gun, optional position hatches, four troops and more. Molded in the correct gloss deep green and with silver flexible tracks. Never started. All parts, decals and instructions have been inventoried 100% complete and are correct for this early issue. The box top has outstanding color & gloss, four solid corners and no repairs. The flaws the lightest of edge & corner wear on the lower right, very slight & isolated general wear on the two long sides and a very small & light 'ding' (about 1/4" long) on the left short panel.

This model kit features the Redstone Ballistic Missile, portable launch pad, mobile radar van, testing unit and three man crew. Never started. The box top displays as 'excellent' but is graded 'very good++' because there is are two small closed tears on the tape at the middle of the left long side.

1967 issue. The is kit is modeled off the D-1 on exhibit at the USAF Museum at Wright-Patterson AFB in Ohio, USA. Includes parts and decals for D-1 or A-4 variants. Features removable cowling, two detailed engines, optional position landing gear, rotating wheels and propellers, crew of three and four 550lb bombs and bomb racks for the A-4 bomber version. Inventoried complete with all parts, decals and instructions present. There is no assembly but NOTE: this kit has minor painting: internal cockpit walls (3 pcs total) are painted, as are the crew members and propellers. There is no other painting.

1982 issue from the original 1970s molds. Large 21 inch long kit that is well detailed for that time. Features detailed conning tower and periscopes, swiveling anti-aircraft guns, detailed torpedo tubes, rudder and screws and a display stand. Never started. Inventoried and NOTE, missing (1) #6, a bow plane. Otherwise complete with all other parts and includes decals and instructions. USS Growler was captained by Commander Howard W. Gilmore. On February 7, 1943, Growler was patrolling on the surface in the Pacific when an enemy vessel was spotted close aboard. The enemy changed course to ram and succeeded, leaving Growler and the Hayasaki crippled. However, Hayasaki opened fire with .60 caliber machine gun fire from close range, mortally wounding Commander Gilmore. His dying words were 'Take her down.' He remained on the bridge while the sub crash-dove to safety. Gilmore received the Navy Cross, Gold Star and a posthumous Medal of Honor.

1973 issue of this large 1/32 scale model kit that measures 17 inches long when assembled. Features detailed rotating side jet nozzles, detailed engine, removable engine inspection panel, optional position landing gear, optional position speed brake, full cockpit with pilot, underwing loadout of rocket pods and drop tanks, opening canopy and movable wheels. Includes decals for both RAF and US Marines version. The kit has never been started. Many parts are still factory sealed; the parts that are not sealed have been inventoried complete. Includes decals and instructions. While the box is rough as shown, decals and instructions are both in 'excellent' condition.

Rare 1956 first issue that includes both kits - the High Speed Tractor and the Long Tom 155mm gun. The box has excellent color and gloss but has edge and general wear and some isolated and light age foxing. This model has many working features - the tractor has movable tracks and working bogies, rotating and elevating machine gun, driver and interior details. The gun can be stowed for transport with the M-4 and all extra gear to do this correctly is supplied. The Long Tom features and elevating barrel, moving limbers and detailed mechanism. Never started and still as it came from the factory - the 155mm parts are in the factory sealed bags and the tractor parts were never factory sealed. The tractor has been inventoried complete with all parts. Includes decals and instructions.

Rare. Original one-and-only issue dated 1958. It is easy to see why the Revell kits from this time are considered the pinnacle of model kit box art and so collectible today. As with all of the higher-quality models of that time, it has many action features including loading crane elevates and swivels 360 degrees & is fully rigged with blocks and tackle and the entire load-to-launching process can be duplicated with the trailer, truck, crane and launch pad. Includes a crew of 4, textured concrete base and missile launch pad. Molded in correct white and olive drab. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. The decals are flat, intact and grade 'excellent+++' condition with light age yellowing as the only flaw. The instructions are in 'near mint' condition with slight age yellowing. The photo of the box top makes it looks 'near mint' condition; however, it is graded 'excellent+++' because there is a crease in the logo at the upper right; however, it is slight and did not show up in the photograph.

From 1966 and very well detailed like all early Revell sailing ships. This full-hull model features complete deck fittings & deck housings, deadeyes, fife rails, ships boats, five piece masts with separately molded platforms and cross trees, separately mold yards that can be positioned at any angle, display stand & name plate, premolded ratlines, optional sails, standing and running rigging material and full rigging instructions. Molded in three colors; black, white and wood tan. Never started and inventoried complete with all parts and includes color flag sheet, decals and instructions. Please NOTE that the original owner painted out the Revell logo at the top right; that is the only reason that the box is graded only 'good-.' The Stag Hound was designed by the famous Donald McKay and was launched on December 7, 1850. She is famous for her great speed and turned a nice profit for her owners. The most notable event was when the Stag Hound was asked to take a copy of President Lincoln's inaugural address to London. During this run, she raced the steamer 'America' and won easily. Shortly after this she was lost off Brazil to a spontaneous combustion of her coal cargo. The crew successfully abandoned ship. The captain was the last to leave. He lowered the American Flag, wrapped it around himself and jumped overboard.

Still factory sealed. Revell's AHM issue from the original high-quality 'S' molds. This is the famous ship of Project Hope, which was financed by private citizens and US Industry. The ex-Navy Hospital ship was equipped with the latest technology and a staff of 6 doctors, nurses and technicians. They toured the world, treating disease and training doctors in the latest developments in medical science.

Still factory sealed and from 2011. It is made from the original molds of the famous, large-scale 'Long Beach' tug 'S' kit from the late 1950s. This large 1/108 scale model features very good detail for that time, full hull with propeller & rudder, full deck fittings, railings, bow and side bumpers, lifeboat, whistles & much more, even crew members. The Long Beach (and her sisters) were built in Decatur, Alabama in 1943 and was one of a fleet of tugs operated by the Wilmington Transportation Company. She had a registered length of 81.1 feet and a beam of 24 feet. Gross tonnage was 146 inches and she drew 8 feet of water. Powered by a 700 hp diesel, the range was just over 3,500 miles.
