This model is well detailed from the original Airfix molds and dates from 1983. The box is only 'good' because the Golden Token are missing from the lower right of the long lower side.

Rare. Still factory sealed and dated 1972. This exact kit was purchased brand new in December of 1973 in Akron Ohio. The MPC Pirates of the Caribbean series were unique and all of them became very collectible, classic kits. Each model is a full diorama and included extra bones, etc. so you could add your own touches. The 'Zap Action' feature was always interesting. For the this model, the 'live' pirate, name Evilheart, slashes his cutlass at the skeleton guard but misses...and the guard raised his flintlock and gets the drop on Evilheart! Includes a bonus Jollly Roger Belt Badge.

This 1983 issue features fine raised and recessed surface detail, very good cockpit, optional position canopy, pilot figure, enclosed and detailed landing gear bays, optional position landing gear, optional position speed brakes with bay detail, AGM-65 Maverick missiles, extended range centerline tank, Mk.82 iron bombs, AIM-9J Sidewinder air-to-air missiles and more. Includes da four view paint guide and decals for Saudi Royal Air Force. Never started and inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. I used to think that this was the old Airfix molds; however, the inside of the lower fuselage says "CPG Products Group 1983" so I am no longer certain of the mold origins. NOTE: the golden tokens on the lower box side have been neatly removed

this 1980s issue is from quality Airfix molds. The Devonshire was launched on June 10, 1960 and was the Royal Navy's first guided missile destroyer. The model features Seaslug and Seacat missile systems, full hull, propeller and rudder detail, very good superstructure and much more. Never started. Factory sealed bag with decals and instructions. The box would grade slightly better than 'Good-' but a previous owner cut the promotional tokens from the lower long box side.

This fine model kit is from about 1976. It is well detailed and features parts and decals for a Police Rescue version and US Navy ASW helicopter with torpedo loadout, spinning main and tail rotors, good cockpit & interior detail including cargo deck, opening side doors, cargo net on side hoist, and working dipping sonar assembly (when you turn the rotor, it comes out of the bay and lowers - you can raise it by turning the rotors in the opposite direction) and more. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions present.

Still factory sealed and dates from the mid 1970s. This kit is from quality Airfix molds and is from the MPC 'Air Combat Collection', which includes ground crew. Note that this issue does not have 'Craft Master' under the MPC logo. Before this, MPC was marketing Airfix kits under the Craftmaster name in the USA. This continued for several issues and was finally discontinued (possibly with this issue) although MPC continued to distribute Airfix models.

This MPC issue dates from the 1960s and is part of the 'Bonus' line that included extra features. The model features an optional clear disk for a rotating propeller, stock & customizing decals, clear modular display stand, folding wings, optional position speed/dive brakes and a very large loadout with rockets, drop tanks and bombs. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. The large and colorful decal sheet is in 'near mint' condition which is rare for any 1970s MPC aircraft decal sheet. Note that this issue still has 'Craft Master' under the MPC logo. Before this, MPC was marketing Airfix kits under the Craftmaster name in the USA. This continued for several issues and was finally discontinued although MPC continued to distribute Airfix and their own models.

Rare original 1974 issue. As a further venture with Disney, MPC created another line of 'Zap Action!' kits based around the Disney Haunted Mansion. These were unique and they all became classic kits. Each kit was a full diorama as shown on the box top. Never started and inventoried complete with all parts and includes instructions. The full series from the 'Haunted Mansion' included Play It Again Sam, Escape from the Crypt, The Vampire's Midnight Madness and Grave Robber's Reward. Two of these featured 'Double Zap Action' with two movements in an action sequence instead of the usual one.

This 1970s issue features the special clear MPC Modular Display Stand, normal propellers and clear round discs for an 'in flight' version, good interior detail, crew figures, rotating wheels & propellers, drop tanks, elevating guns and rotating turret, moving ailerons & elevators, positionable spoilers, optional bomb load and more. Includes decals for two aircraft. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The decals have very slight lifting along the top edge.
