Very nicely detailed model dated 1995 that features recessed & raised panel lines & recessed control surfaces, many photoetched details, full cannon bay and optional position access panel, complete cockpit, engine and gear well detail, optional position engine access panel, drop tank, seated and standing pilot, mechanic and a 55 gallon oil drum and plenty of actual photos (in the instructions) to help with super detailing. Includes the excellent Pro Modeler instructions as well as decals for two aircraft. Never started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions.

1988 issue. Very finely molded and detailed kit with traditional high Monogram quality. Has removable panels to reveal jet engine detail, optional position cowls to show detailed gun bays, very good cockpit detail, optional position canopy, bomb load and two figures. The kit has never been started. Some parts are still in the factory sealed bags. The parts that are not internally sealed have been inventoried complete, including decals and instructions.

2nd issue of this kit with the 'Blue Box' dated 1967. Very highly detailed. The kit has many action features: When you pull the prop outward and rotate it CCW, the landing gear retracts. Pull it outward and rotate it CW, and the gear extends. Push the prop in, and it freewheels as normal. Kit features a movable control surfaces, highly detailed cockpit, full decals, sliding canopy and instructions for rigging. Never started. Inventoried and NOTE: missing one tiny, easy to make part: (1) #6. This is a very small round part with a hole in the middle. Otherwise complete with all other parts, decals and instructions present.

Like the original, it is molded in gloss white, gloss silver and clear plastic to minimize painting. 1978 Monogram issue after they purchased the Aurora molds; this is probably among the first Aurora kits to be reissued. Includes 8.5 inch tall Godzilla figure, base and extra optional 'glow in the dark' parts. Never started. Inventoried and while the 'glow' tongue is present, NOTE: the non-glow tongue is not present. Includes all other parts and instructions.

However, Monogram knew this and had between 3 and 4 reissues of some of the monsters in the 1980s and 1990s. In 1994 the series included Frankenstein, Wolf Man, Dracula and The Mummy. All four had the glow paint, brush and glue included. Monogram still had to pay a license fee to Universal every time the did a reissue of these famous kits.

The Albatross was the primary sea rescue aircraft of the Aerospace Rescue and Recovery Service, a branch of MAC - Military Airlift Command. Operational service began in 1947 and Hu-16s saw wartime action in Vietnam. The kit is still factory sealed and is the 1999 reissue or the original 1960s 'Four Star' kit. It has the same box art and is also molded in white and clear plastic. Features retractable landing gear, rotating wheels and propellers, three man crew, optional position rear boarding door, life raft with two survivors and more. Never started and inventoried complete with all parts and includes two different partial decal sheets and instructions. NOTE: there are two decal sheets. Sheet #1 (that originally came with the kit) is for two USAF aircraft; it is 95% intact and three decals are missing. The 2nd decal sheet is only partial and from an earlier issue of this model. It includes US Coast Guard markings and the USAF markings are missing.

First Issue dated 1968; not the common reissue from the 1990s. Well detailed with optional position landing gear, detailed cockpit, rotating propellers & wheels and more. Includes decals for KG53 Legion Condor, 7th Staffel or KG2, 7th Staffel. Both groups operated on the Russian Front in 1942. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The box displays much better than the 'good' rating but is graded as such because there are tape and tape marks at the center of the two long sides.
